Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! It's a smaller hotel within walking distance to the Krakow old towne square. The staff is friendly, speaks fluent English and was extremely polite and helpful. The young lady who was working the front desk on Sept 11 was awesome! On my next trip, I won't book anywhere else!

Great small hotel close to the old town, tram, restaurants and Jewish quarter. The staff were very friendly, helpful and speak English. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next visit to Krakow.

Great hotel with good staff. There are questions about parking. In the street it is paid, and on against the hotel to treat another hotel. As a result, entry/exit is difficult, the staff of the nearby hotel are very negative.
Restaurant at the hotel vegetarian) ) for meat-eating there is a nearby bar with good meat.
Of the negatives, there are no rooms with orthopedic mattresses, for those who have back problems, the hotel is not recommended.

What a little gem this hotel is, very central to all attractions. Old town and market square, 4 mins walk, Jewish Quarter 15 mins walk. This hotel is spotlessly clean, very nice rooms and great breakfast included. Rooms have fridge, safe and tea/ coffee facilities. All staff very polite, friendly and professional, and can all speak fluent English. Free Wi-Fi also. Would recommend this hotel to anyone of any age, will def be back.

My family and I had a recent four day stay in Krakow. The location was perfect for us. Short walk to main square and not noisy. The free breakfast was ample. We had one grandchild and the suite was spacious enough to accommodate a crib. Plus free cherry vodka in small decanter each day. Delish.

We've stayed at this hotel eight timeds, the staff helped us with our wedding i. E — arranging a hairdresser, being witnesses to our wedding. Such brilliant friendly welcoming hard working staff. We highly recommend to stay here.

We have been to this great little hotel twice and can't wait to go back very helpful and friendly staff and a fantastic vegetarian restaurant downstairs. Rooms very clean & spacious — the cherry vodka is lovely! Well located to the main square Jewish quarter, train station etc. Can't recommend it enough.

Our stay in the hotel was great, the staff very kind and great location. The only weird thing is that we forgot something there and they wanted to charge us to send us a little package to a nearby city.

I've just returned home from my second stay at the Wielopole Hotel. I had considered staying at one of the hotels on the main square but I just can't fault the Wielopole Hotel. Both the staff and service are fantastic. I booked direct and got a great saving even when compared to sites like Trip Advisor or Booking dot com. Because I had booked direct I also had vouchers for a free meal at the Wielopole 3 restaurant which was a very welcome surprise. … Communication from the hotel prior to my stay was excellent and emails were responded to within a few hours. I even received a text message shortly after landing in Krakow informing me that the room was ready for check-in. The room as expected was clean and comfortable. There was also a free carafe of Wisniowka which was very welcome. The location is ideal for all the main sites. It's less than 10 minutes from Wawel Castle and the main square and around 15 minutes to Krakow Głowny and the Krakow Galleria. All on foot. It is also on the tram route over to Podgorze where Schindler's museum is. Krakow is a beautiful and friendly city. I don't need to stay anywhere else other than the beautiful and friendly Wielopole Hotel. I can't wait to return.

Young and dynamic staff! Location is great! The room was clean but on the street side on the first floor is not so good! More explaining about the parking on internet would be good.

Great place with greater staff. They helped me so much as it was my first time there, and it was my birthday so had a birthday cake at the restaurant and a nice drink in my room :). Actually the girl in the left the group was the one who helped me and she was great. I'm def coming back to this place!

Most welcoming Reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location just a short walk to old town The rooms were comfortable and well equipment, bathrooms clean and modern. Good breakfast. The excellent attitude, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff elevated this hotels rating, so pleased to find such lovely people at front of house.

Hotel Wielopole has an amazing vegan restaurant in it's basement. There is a wide selection of gluten free dishes available. Food is very well prepared with seasonal ingredients. Highly recommended. Very competitive prices.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. The staff is friendly staff and speak English very well. They are accommodating and helpful in answering any questions. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. It is also a short walk to the city square.

Staff friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfast was fine. Very centrally located approx. 3 min. Away from cloth Hall.

Close to the Centre. The cosy rooms. Small. No iron. Have a safe and kettle. The window into the yard. We had at least. There is air conditioning.
