Myself, My Husband stayed here for 3 Nights, This is one of the best Hotels we have stayed in, Would Strongly recommend a stay here. Like Home from Home with fantastic room which are clean, fresh everyday. The staff are very friendly, Cannot do enough for you. Reception So Helpful, Thoughtful I give you 5 Stars, Bar, Breakfast staff Also very friendly with big smiles Every Morning, nights. The only item you need in your room is a mirror for hair straighteners ;) There is a mirror, Hair dryer in the Shower room but you need to sit when doing your hair. So Santi Hotel we give you 5 stars for a great stay.

4.04-7.04 me and my 3 friends spend lovely weekend in Poland and we stayed in Santi. Staff is amazing, friendly, kind and more then helpful. Big and clean rooms.
Superb breakfast with good choice of local food. I will back there for sure. Many thanks for all staff who looked after us.

Lovely hotel, located very near to the main square and tram stops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was great. Would recommend to friends and family and definitely visit again.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Construction workers entered the second room unannounced on the second morning at 7:30 am while we were asleep! This is completely unacceptable and very alarming. The workers were also surprised and exited right away, but soon afterward the hotel asked us to move to another room as soon as possible so workers could work. I also find this unacceptable. It was a huge inconvenience and ruined the otherwise nice stay, and the new room was smaller. Location and parking are good. Breakfast items could have been replenished more timely.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santi. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, although hot breakfast was not available on our last day, so I had to go and buy breakfast elsewhere for my children. One thing we did notice was that guests arriving were given a welcome drink. We were not offered a welcome drink when we arrived.

Excellent Hotel situated conveniently for many main attractions in Krakow. All Staff kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Wonderful Breakfasts every day with many different choices available. Room large, spotless and comfortable. Tea and Coffee facilities in room, handy for a nightcap. This is a wonderful little place. It is a small hotel which gives it a very homely and warm atomosphere. The room we had was really comfortable and spacious — more like a little suite. The hotel has a real old world charm and the staff match the charm, hospitality and cheerful attitude in good measure. We really loved it. I really do have to say something about the staff. It is such a joy to come across reception staff who would do anything and go out of their way to help with a warmth and a welcoming smile. They were all marvellous but I have to mention Sebastian especially as he was the one we had most dealings with. A really exceptional young man and no matter how many times we asked him for his help, he was always willing and with such grace. I wish everyone who goes to Krakow could experience staying here. Highly recommend Hotel Santi. Thank you staff — you are the best I've come across in my many travels!

Can't wait to stay here again in the future! Staff were friendly and very accommodating and the hot chocolate was the best I've ever had.

Nice Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean a bit of traffic noise if your at the front only bad point bar is absolute rubbish no atmosphere and too expensive.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Santi, would like to have stayed in the room in the main photo, but the room we had was spacious and clean and I guess its luck of the draw Breakfast was good, and the staff helpful and friendly. It is also situated close to the main square, so no need for taxis. We would recommend this hotel to friends who were considering visiting Krakow.

Everyone at Santi Hotel were fantastic! The reception team couldn't do enough to help, the kitchen and bar staff were helpful and just kept smiling — the housekeeping team were brilliant too. A very relaxing stay in a very good hotel in an excellent location! Thank you so much for all the help and advice you gave.

I was already very impressed with this hotel even before I left Ireland. I had made so many requests to them and they fulfilled each one with speed and efficiency. They arranged very reasonably priced airport transfers, sorted out bed configurations, arranged trips to Auschwitz and made bookings at two separate beauty salons for us. The customer service was excellent and all staff we dealt with were extremely kind, helpful and courteous. We were very very impressed when we reached the hotel. It is an absolutely beautiful building — some parts over 600 years old. Our rooms were bright and spacious and had everything we needed — including a free minibar if you book directly with them! Breakfast was gorgeous — lots of fresh fruit, hams, cheeses fish etc. There is a small bar but no restaurant however this is definitely not a problem as you are literally two minutes walk from Rynek Glowny the main square. I wouldn't even consider looking around for a different hotel should I be lucky enough to visit Krakow again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Well done to all the staff and Thank-you for everything you did for us.

This is one of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed in. We had a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel has wonderful rustic charm with all the modern comforts. The room was so lovely. Room 203. Huge room with double bed, sofa and 2 chairs and desk. Plenty of room. Daughter felt like it was a princess room. The location is great. A stones throw from the main Square and the castle. Also walkable distance to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Even the tram noise didn’t detract from the beauty of this hotel. Loved it.

Great staff. Great location and decor… Can hear trams running til late at night but they provide earplugs… very homely feel. Great hotel.

Clean, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and very polite, happy and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Date of stay… 19th and 20th December 2017. Ok… So this is my 10th time in Krakow and by far this is the best hotel I have stayed at here… its not for the glitz and glamour but its for the exceptional service, cleanliness, beautiful and very spacious rooms…
The breakfast was good with good choice available. The location is top draw and is within the old city, a short walk to the square.
The only draw back is the tram noise but the hotel does mitigate this by providing some foam ear plugs in your room drawer. But if you are a light sleeper maybe its best to bring your own silicon ear plugs as we found they worked best.
The hotel did change our room to a rear facing room the next day so all was well.
I highly recommend this hotel, its non pretentious and does exactly what it says on the tin with a great smile and awesome quality.
Do enjoy Krakow.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Santi Hotel. The staff were all very pleasant, polite and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the décor very welcoming. We had a very nice spacious room and wanted for nothing. Great central position for exploring Krakow and not too far from the airport.

This is a lovely hotel, however had the worst sleep ever last night due to workmen working on the church opposite. It looks like work is to continue therefore I would advise anyone going to stay at this hotel to request a room at the back. We requested to be moved at 01:00 this morning but to no avail as fully booked. On the other hand Hotel is quaint, staff friendly and ideally located. We are here to celebrate 30 years of marriage, and was enjoying our stay until last night, fingers crossed for a better night sleep tonight.

Great hotel and the staff are friendly and very helpful we would definitely recommend it, the trams can be a little bit noise, great breakfast.

Convenient location a block from the square, friendly staff, the trams going by and loud drunks made our street facing room noisy (there were hotel supplied ear plugs on the bedside table). Good complimentary breakfast. Secured parking available.

Amazing accommodation. There is coffee and tea in the room and also in the lobby free of charge. You can borrow an umbrella on rainy days too. Simple but great breakfast included in the price, also great and stable Wi-Fi. A cozy garden is available for relaxing or enjoying a smoke. Very spacious rooms and dog friendly. We stayed in room 202 which is towards the church and the tram stops. So it is not quite (you can find ear plugs on the night stand if you are a light sleeper). But if you are a heavy sleeper, it is quite alright. It takes about 5 minutes walk to the old town center and the Jewish neighborhood. If you follow the green path to north about 1km, you'll find a huge 3 story shopping center for all your shopping needs. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Krakow.
