Spacious rooms, full of history, comfortable bed, bit noisy where our room was due to teams outside but otherwise very happy with everything, lovely breakfast and eat as much as you like.

Such a lovely relaxing place and FANTASTIC Value for money. It was clean and staff friendly, and situated right in the centre… Will DEFINITELY Visit again.

Excellent location close to the centre and a stone's throw from the Castle. Hotel in which they have renewed The services but not the rooms and especially The windows. If the room from on the street the noise of the tram disturbs the rest. Good Breakfast, nice staff.

The hotel was lovely it provided me with everything I needed from room service to drinks and food we really enjoyed our stay the food was amazing especially the breakfast the rooms where amazing all the beds where extremely tidy and there wasn't a speckle of dust to be seen we would defiantly stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Huge room, almost larger than my house. Clean and with kind stuff. Very nice breakfast. Wi-Fi signal was not good and the room could use a disposals bin and a fridge, but overall a premium experience on a lovely old building practically inside the old town. Definitely would recommend.

Hotel really well located, possibility to do everything on foot!
The rooms are just huge, limit too big, everything is very clean, breakfast is very good too!
But it is absolutely necessary to ask for a room on the garden side and not on the street, because the tram for a room on the 1st floor, it is very difficult to sleep properly because it passes very late and starts again very early, around 5am, each passage you have the right to noise To vibrations.
The hotel is not responsible for the permanent passage of trams but think there when you book.

The Wi-Fi is not good. The parking in front of the hotel very expensive. Still. The store has something. Room large and clean. Large bathroom. Great breakfast.

From the outside not necessarily inviting but in all I. O. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is enough, the location is good, just a few steps from the old Town. The train station is about 1, 5 km walk away, bus and tram stop very close.

Great location, rooms a bit dated but clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok, there was plenty to eat, staff really helpful, only draw back was if u a light sleeper get a room at the park side of the hotel as tram line runs right by the other side and very early in morning.

Very nice old hotel not far from city centre. If you love old houses, this is just the thing.

I stayed there for one Night and that is enough. The rooms are cold and the bed sheet is not Really existing. I parked my Caro there. They charged extra 50 zloty For parking! When I checked in they did not tell me the extra cost. This was my last Night here!

Price quality more than satisfactory, the room was an apartment with a view of the Wawel castle, the bathroom also equipped with bidet. The excellent international breakfast, only sins the milk always little and not hot but it is understood why: Do not use the milk with coffee but the coffee boiling with milk! Also excellent the organization of the transport service from the airport and vice versa. Recommended.

A hotel organized on the basis of a Stalin-style building with an appropriate approach.

A grand old lady opposite the castle 10 mins walk from the main square. I had booked only an economy room and was going to upgrade to a superior. As soon as I sat on the bed I knew I didn't need to. Best nights sleep in years. Spotless. Bedding and towels changed every day. Staff customer service and attentiveness 100%. Friendly helpful informative. The hotel restaurant was great. A step back in time. You have to try the chopped steak it's gorgeous. I cannot fault this hotel. Yes it's in some need of decoration but a refurbishment later thus year. If you want a hotel full of history and good solid customer service in a top location then this is it. Loved it.

Staff superb location great for seeing Kraków.

I booked it without thinking too much. The hotel is a bit out of the way from the main square. The decor is from like Old Soviet Era; personally, I didn't dig it, but the bathrooms have been renovated so it looks super new. The breakfast offers many options and it's pretty big. My biggest pet peeve with this hotel is the confusing hotel layout: It's really easy to get lost inside the hotel.

One of the best locations in Krakow. The price is OK, not expensive but also not cheap. Good breakfast and really nice people (but if you arrive early in the morning, don't be surprised if you find them sleeping)

Great place good bar staff. But had to put up with a speed dating night! This was great entertainment but we felt out of place and we were paying guests.

Its location makes it great for a few days stay. Really perfect to get around the city.

Place is dump. May suit if you fancy going into Shining by Stephen King atmosphere. Parking is 70 PLN extra no matter what you think. Location is good, on the main Rynek-Kazimierz artery.

If I could rate this below a one star I would. First off I get in the hotel and there is a smell that would make anyone be sick. The concierge gentleman was very nice and helped me with the bus system etc but I get to my room and it is nothing like the pictures I looked at. The whole hotel/my room smelt like sewage. It made me throw up the smell was so gross. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and neither did the lights and the smell of sewage is worse in the bathroom. The room was dirty and so were the towels and sheets. Very noisy and loud banging going on all night. I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but I would not stay there again if my life depended on it. I called the hotel main desk and where I booked from to cancel and get out of that place and of course I couldn't cancel without being charged. Ridiculous! If a place smells so bad and is so dirty they should have given me a refund so I could have gone to a different hotel. Do not go here!

Nice hotel near the castle itself. Huge rooms, high ceilings and views of the Castle. Market square is 5 minutes on foot. At the bottom of the great beer restaurant with very large portions. Parking fee required-75PLN. Wi-Fi is not very stable, on the top floor gives 1-2 MB.

A very good hotel, if you choose delux room, you will have a wonderful, brand new and extra large room! It is very near to the city centre if you like to visit Krakow on foot, next to Wawel hill. With the tram stop in front of the hotel you can go everywhere:city centre, train station, Schindler's factory. It has a very good restaurant, Pod Wawelem, good food (and big dishes) at a very interesting price.
