2* quality at 5* price. Krakow’s answer to Fawlty Towers. Eclipsed by a 1/5 the price modest Premier Inn room (without the comfortable bed and comfortable pillows! ) … find another hotel! Reception staff don’t care in the slightest and might as well be replaced by an automatic check in machine. Plus points: Efficient chamber maids

Rooms, prices, flies swarming over uncovered beeakfast, Staff attitudes, the welcome drinks are a fraud — only a free drink if you purchase a meal!, poor Wi-Fi, rubbish TV … and on and on … They saw me coming! It looked so nice in the Booking. Com review — it presents itself as a boutique hotel. I thought it was a little 17th century gem and we paid up as a rare treat in that basis. Oh no. It is not. I do wonder about some of the other reviews… I showed my self up to a small, dingy, cramped, dark room (far too small for two) with a small window, basically furnished. No view. Food smell from the kitchens if you opened the window. Or smoke from the diners. A completel rip off. The room was not as advertised. Safe too small for even the tiniest laptop.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Friendly staff… minutes away from the train station and the square… would definitely stay here if I am ever in Krakow again.

It's a must-have hotel, especially for its excellent central location, which allows you to get to all the tourist attractions of the city in a short time, the closest of which is the delightful Barbacane. It is also a 10-minute walk from the central station. The rooms are classic, well furnished and clean. Pretty good breakfast too. Friendly and helpful staff.

We love it here. Friendly staff, beatiful room, spotlessly clean bathroom, reasonable priced and tasty meals. Great selection of foods at the breakfast. I'd recommend you this hotel.

Why this place is rated 4 star is beyond me. It would give any 5 star a run for it's money. If you want to stay in the old town this place has got the lot. Enjoy.

Nice basic 3+ star hotel. I think I got one of the more basic rooms but it is clean and comfortable. A bit larger than most European hotel rooms but not as large as the superior rooms available here. Smallish bathroom with very little space sir toiletries. Great outlets conveniently located in the room! Good Wifi. I am very happy and highly recommend.

Friendly, professional staff who will meet your every need to ensure it's memorable. The breakfasts are legendary, quite rightly so. The best with everything you could want.

Nice hotel in the historic center part of Kraków. Main square and most sightseeing attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff with sufficient knowledge of English in case you don't speak Polish. Decent breakfast buffet, but not 4-star-quality. Very small rooms with barely enough space to move. If you are stuck in a room on the rear side, be sure to bring a set of earplugs, because a noisy neighbouring restaurant/bar with loud music will keep you awake.

Friends and I have just returned from a 5day stay and we found it an excellent hotel. Rooms comfortable, Continental breakfast very good and hotel in excellent position for the Square and local transport. Would highly recommend.

Superemo, if you wear Krakow stay in this hotel… in front of the Barbican and the door of San Florian. The walled place in the feudal period of Poland. The. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms a luxury… it's like being in a palace surrounded by history.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Super nice and accommodating staff, the rooms where super clean, and the beds comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Located close to the big city square and good bars and restaurants! Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Krakow.

Very nice hotel in Krakow with excellent location. The rooms are well renovated and with unique look and feel. The beds are comfortable (hard and sturdy enough not to kill your back). The breakfast is close to brunch in variety and keeps you going for long. Only the bread selection is a bit lame. Overall excellent price quality ratio. We would gladly come again any time.

Had a great break in Krakow staying in this lovely hotel. Ideally located beside Florian Gate, so easy to reach all the main sites. We stayed in room 221 which was a very good size. Clean and well set out. MacDonalds and Costa Coffee on the corner if needed. Breakfast was mainly continental but they did have fried eggs and bacon on one morning. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Great location, decent Wi-Fi, very quiet rooms. Only things it needs are a slightly better breakfast and a stronger AC.

Excellent location close to the Rynek Glowny square but still in quiate street. Good services, friendly staff. Rooms are good, everything is OK. Avoid rooms to the yard — noise from A/C af nearby restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a great location, staff very friendly, breakfast was good quality and rooms were large, clean and well-equipped.

Stayed for 1 night during off-peak season. Located just within borders of Old Town by Florian gate. The town square is very close by, making this hotel accessible; Wawel is also not far away. Charming room designs and interiors. Helpful porters. Rooms came with good combination of amenities. Bathroom was big and clean. Would recommend.

Mr Owens and I have had a fabulous stay here. Staff lovely and helpful. Always willing and smiling. Room cleaned and changed every day. Breakfast — what a choice. Don't need a meal till evening. Definitely recommend. Central for everything xx.

Staff is not nice, quite loud place if your room is facing the main street. If you do nit have other choice is an option.

A great hotel what unbeatable is in close proximity to the historic centre. Centrally located and yet very quiet. Great atmosphere and what is most precious, super nice staff. Can only recommend it with a visit to Krakow.
