I think this might be my favorite hotel! The rooms were clean, well furnished, and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the location was very convenient, and the view of the castle from my room was a great bonus!

My partner and I stayed here last July. It was a great hotel. Friendly service and super location. Lots of things are within walking distance. And best of all it was great value for money with a free complimentary breakfast.

This hotel is a jewel! Fantastic location near the Jewish quarter. The main square is 15 mins walk and the Tram stop outside. Taxi rank is 2 mins walk away cheap and will take you to the two main Shopping Centres. A number of very good quality restaurants are nearby in the Jewish Quarter. All tours can be booked through the very friendly staff at reception — pick up and return to hotel organised. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place is welcoming and nice and the service is good.

Pretty high prices as you would expect from a cafe in a location like this one. Wi-Fi kinda slow, coffee pretty good.

Small and cozy. One unisex bathroom. Biggest negative is that they don't have their own Wi-Fi so you have to use the free Wi-Fi offered by the Krakow tourism board which is kind of slow and doesn't allow you to use a VPN. Prices are a bit high, too.

I am here at least twice a week. Nice place near center. Where are comfortable chairs and pleasant atmosphere.

Great location, near Teatr Bagatela bus stop. The tables in the garden have a unique view to Planty garden. It's nice to sit there and observe people passing by.

Lovely shady spot on the edge of the old town for a pit stop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both outside and inside you can make yourself comfortable.

It took Me 45min to put a coffee to go, the waitresses fatal, did not know how to work. Would not return.

They have few sorts of coffee, they can offer alternative method of brewing coffee.

This is a centrally located, small boutique hotel. The rooms are small, but we'll stocked with amenities and I loved some of the little touches — they brought ice to my room when requested, I got really early checkin and free breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel and definitely a great value for money! The staff is really nice as well! However the Wi-Fi was very weak in our room. The breakfast is good but no hot chocolate, no pastries and the bread is not very fresh.

The hotel was excellent in every way — difficult to find anything negative about it. Our room was beautiful and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, location perfectly positioned between Kazimierz and main square, good facilities, quiet etc.

Simply amazing! Small rooms but very classy and the most important, the staff is very nice and helpful and full marks for the breakfast. Would book here again while visiting this country, some other time :).

It was lovely quite place, but it is a distance from the city centre. Rooms were not very new, though clean and comfortable.
