Nice boutique hotel. Unassuming from the outside it’s small but perfectly formed inside. Somewhere between trad and modern with the blinding white bed linen that I associate with Polish hotels. The latter just says ‘we care’. Personal Aircon and the little carafe of Polish cherry wodka is a big attraction. I am here on Auschwitz Birkenau Foundation business and would probably never have found the place in the hundreds listed in Krakow by Trivago. Make a reservation in this place with confidence. It’s only 800 metres from the biggest square in Europe with the first ever European shopping mall and an 11th century church.

Lovely, helpful staff. Perfect location — right in the centre of Krakow, but very quiet. Well-designed, spacious rooms.

It has a great location near the city centre with clean well maintained rooms. The staff have very courteous and helpful. It is also kind of neat that they lend you a cell phone during your stay!

The old town of beautiful Krakow is surrounded by a garden, a kind of pedestrian siding. This hotel is adjacent to this walkway, so it's a great spot compared to downtown. This is a great hotel, quiet, clean and with rooms with the right space. Complete with every comfort. The staff were very friendly and prices were right. A good start to a great stay so… good visit or good job.

Poor breakfast. Food is not renewing during the last hour of breakfast. Family room without window. Quality doesn't match the price. You can book a room in 5-star hotel for the same price.

Best service at reception that I have ever encountered! Great rooms. Spacious, clean… breakfast slightly disappointing… not a great variety, especially fruit, and the scrambled eggs had big lumps of white in. But all in all, fabulous hotel.

Excellent location. Just at the border of the city center area. Very helpful staff. Only the breakfast has few choices and these choices seem to be the same every day. It also has a nice garden, which you could use, if you travel during summer.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Close enough to Old Town but far away enough to get some quiet for sleep. Hotel offers tours of Salt Mine and Auschwitz at reasonable prices.

First class hotel, absolutely spotless. Only issue was bar closed a bit early around 11.30am.

Rooms were warm comfortable and the staff were brilliant. Ideal spot for local drinking and eating. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We will definately return.

Stayed 4 nights 5/6 to 9/6 fantastic lovely hotel, staff are brilliant really helpful. Definitely will come back, the little things made it special, cherry vodka in your room, 2 bottles of water every day in room. We just loved it xxx breakfast was great and beds were so comfy xx.
