Hot as hell in the room no AC. They offer ACs when you book it online but when you check it only accommodates AC for the rooms with only 2 individuals.

Very cozy, comfortable beds. Good showers and toilets, breakfasts are delicious. Free internet.

You will enjoy the stay if you are a bed bug or a cockroach. As a human you might find the conditions more than unacceptable!

The location is perfect, but the décor of the rooms could be better. Winter is cold. Hot water is not always there.

Wonderful experience. We booked the night before for two nights at a good price deal. we had a private two bed bedroom, toilettes available just to us and breakfast included. We couldn’t have asked for a better position; it’s exactly in the main square of Krakow. We were amazingly surprised to have found an offer like this. Would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hostel is fantastic! The room is clean, the administrator is nice and polite.

Good location, helpful staff but the beds were rustic and old. Pillows were smelly and overall it's cheap but don't come with very high expectations. The breakfast was good to have to start your day right from the main Krakow.

The two local rooms were taken off all but need to be cleaned up a little better in the rooms.

I don’t understand why do people rate this place with 5 stars. Are you serious? First night I arrived I wanted to find any other place but not to stay there. It’s dirty, in shower cabins there is black mold on the ceiling… The breakfast is nothing — they just give you bread and jam, either you can eat cereals (not sure about their expiration date) with milk. I asked to change the room, because my only neighbour was snoring as if preparing for the championship on snoring (…I don’t judge people because of their health problems, I just describe the situation) — so the girl from reception proposed me 10-bed room instead of mine 8-bed. Now it is 6 AM and guy who sleeps next to me decided to smoke in the room! Packing my things and never come back. Save your health and nerves not money.

Decent cheap hostel, beds were a bit stained and forget about hot water in the shower if there is a big group in. If you can deal with the hypothermic water then this is definitely an option!

Stunning view from window! We stayed three nights here. Very pleasant and amazing view from the window. Free coffee in the morning. Unfortunately there is no elevator but the staff service is very helpful. You can buy cold beverages at the reception :)

+Location is one if the best. They really have great free breakfast and clean rooms. Linens are included, shared bathrooms. You going to get more than what you paid for. -Staffs are never smiling. No power outlets for each bed. You should bring your padlock for lockers (actually cages). There is no safety for rooms. (No password or bracelets) So everyone can come to hostel and take whatever they want.

Exceptional location at a great price. We stayed in a shared form which was clean and generally pleasant. There is some degree of noise as the rooms literally overlook the central plaza, but even on a Saturday night it wasn't too loud to sleep, and the hostel offers free ear plugs if it's really bothering you. One of the adjacent rooms was taken over by a large group of guys on a stag do, who did their best to render it uninhabitable, but as soon as they left it was cleaned spotlessly. You can book tickets for local stuff like Auschwitz or the salt mines at the reception, at the normal prices. All in all a very pleasant stay — recommended for young travellers on a budget who aren't fussy about sharing space.

Save your money. This place was atrocious. The ads for this hostel seem great. But there's lots we had issues with. First the good: the location cannot be beat. It's right on the square with great views. You have your own private bathroom (uses the same key as your room). The bad: when inside your room, the door locks with the key (not a swivel lock on the door). Imagine a fire and you cannot find the key. Sure you can kick through the flimsy door/frame. What if y…ou get up in the middoe of the night to use the restroom — — but can't find the key? Yup, there's a trashcan. The check-in desk is on the 2nd floor — — but it's really the 3rd floor. This building is OLD. The steps are slanted awkwardly for your added convenience. They do not take credit cards, or at least that's what the kid at the desk told us. Even though there is a Visa/Mastercard sign on the wall. The best part? The rooms were freezing. They had turned off the heat "for the summer" but summer hadn't arrived yet (this was in April). It was still 30' F outside, much lower at night. They couldn't turn the heat on. However the radiators on the 2nd floor "lobby" and in the hallways on our 3rd floor worked just fine. Awesome. The showers were very small and leaked water all over the floor. We had two rooms, so two bathrooms — — one smelled like sewer. The shower head was also broken. My recommendation: stay somewhere else.

Stayed there a few times since 2014. It's a great great hostel. View from the rooms is incredible. Staff is lovely and breakfast included.

Good hostel that if something stands out is no doubt due to its location being in the heart of Krakow.
the room was spacious, in the entrance had a big hall where all the occupants of the hostel could be.
The baths are located in a separate common and one for each room.
Breakfast even though I was a bit terse unless you allowed to eat something.
It certainly is a good choice for your stay in Krakow.

This was a good hostel after staying in Lviv Ukraine yes I loved it just what you need clean, friendly staff, ok location stay her a good choice.

Everything was clean and orderly and the staff were really really really nice. The place is really well run and extremely accommodating. There's always someone at the desk. But, the best thing about Rynek 7 is it's address. It's an unbelievably good location. Right on the old square with an incredible view of the beautiful city. The coolest location of any place I have ever stayed. Excellent base from which to enjoy one of the world's most beautiful cities.
