Great place to stay during a polish city visit, convenient to local shops, central bars and restaurants. Clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Food in the connected restaurant was superb. Reccomended.

Great resto next to lobby; superior price/quality for local food. Worth trying for sure.

Hotel is situated very close to train and bus station. Shopping mall across the street. Town centre very easy walking distance. Very nice hotel would visit again and highly recommend to others.

Moja recenzja obiektu jest uwarunkowana obsługą gości hotelowych I brakiem profesjonalizmu oraz rzetelnej wiedzy na temat etyki hotelarkiej jak I jej praktyki. Mowa tu o najbardziej doświadczonym pracowniku hotelu, czyli panu Stanisławie, który określa swój status recepcjonisty I doświadczenia w usługiwaniu na honorowych lat 40. Niestety jakość wspomnianych usług jest równa najwyśmienitszym scenom kultowych filmów Stanisława Barei, zubożałych o wątek satyryczny. Z panelu recepcyjnych rozmów można dowiedzieć się o wysokości opłat hotelowych, życiu hotelowych gości, czy uciążliwych pracach kierowców taksówek, którzy obsługują hotelowych gości. Jesli oglądaliście kiedyś słynny z barwnych perypetii sitkom Allo Allo, mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że recepcyjny bohater, wspomniany powyżej, traktuje gości w sposób podobny do René Artois, którego największym problemem jest obrona cennego obrazu Upadłej Madonny z wielkim cycem pędzla van Klompa. Z taką różnicą, że wrogiem nr 1 są właśnie goście. Nie będę wspominać o niesmacznych wątkach przekleństw padających z ust recepcjonisty, bo sytuacja zakrawa o absurd. W życiu nie doświadczyłam czegoś podobnego. Sam wystrój hotelu jest przyjazny oku. Przydałoby się więcej organizacji. Pragnę pochwalić Panie dbające o czystość. Wykonują wspaniałą pracę, nie tracąc szerokiego uśmiechu I przemiłej aparycji. Nie plotkują przy gościach — w przeciwieństwie do mego Ulubieńca.

Loved this place. Old, untouched, traditional and friendly. Reasonable prices. Right on the north east edge of the old city of Kracow.

My wife and I spent 5 nights here. The hotel is a short walk from the train station which has a regular service from the airport, very handy. The hotel is another short walk from Krakow's old town. We loved the Hotel Europejski, the staff are very helpful.

The Hotel central. Rooms are spacious but old-fashioned. The staff were kind. Too many curtains and furniture, damask. Room with balcony and double-glazed windows on the large central square near the station.

A wonderful accommodation in the city center, the staff are very friendly. The private parking is chargeable but very convenient, the rooms large and clean. There is a free Wi-fi network throughout the hotel. A hotel built and furnished with style, really convenient to reach the city centre on foot.

It's a nice hotel. It's quiet and cozy. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly and willing to help the staff.

Bad service! We complained about a air condition that was broken and maid a lot of noise a night. The totally ignored us. We don’t recommend it!

I asked don't put spices to meat. But they put it (look photo), and the question of cleen (look photo). The fork was sticky. The meat was too salted. Cabbage was cold but should have been warm. The pig meat cutlet was with a bone! (Look photo)

This is an old style hotel which was renovated. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Th e shower is excellent also. In the morning there is a huge choice for breakfast. It I s self service and you can eat as much as you like. The staff are friendly and helped wi th booking our tours. Hotel is very central to the old town in Krakow and is only 10 min walk to centre of Krakow. It is also situated beside rail and bus stations which is handy for getting to and from the airport or for tours. Over all an 8.5/10

Great hotel for location. Close to the train and bus station and close to the old town. Good rooms, spacious although the mattress can be a little stiffer. It was a great breakfast and a lot of good quality. Rates beyond average but if you search among the various Internet engines you can find good bargains. Only non-positive point, a pair of men's underwear on the floor near the window and a few pieces of napkin on the floor, sign that the cleanliness was hasty and shallow. Excellent room facilities: iron and ironing board, complimentary toiletries and complete bathroom, water and tea/coffee and kettle.

A cosy atmosphere, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. I couldn't ask for more.

I don't normally give rating for hotel… But this place is well worth it… Location is great. Everything is close by… Hotel has great style… Old but classy… Through out all those years of travel… This is the only hotel in my experience that pictures are undermine what a real amazing hotel it is… If I really have to pick out something… Car park isn't easy to find… Also tram is a bit loud during day… But you get really easy commute… So can't rate that down…

This is my hotel of choice when visiting Krakow which may be 2-3 times a year. My partner & I have stayed in various rooms plus the 2 bedroom apartment at the end of the garden from where I am typing this. We never tire of staying here as it has a homely feel about it, ok the breakfast may not be to everyone’s liking but it suits me, likewise the menu for lunch & dinner, there are other places to dine out at so comments about the food are unnecessary as you don’t have to eat here. We have never had any problems with the staff they treat as like old friends so we will continue to use this hotel for our hopefully many more visits.

Beautiful hotel and lovely surrounding. Krakow is just amazing and no better place to stay.

It was homely like stepping back in time. However it was spotless and the food was wonderful.

Rooms are quite nice, and are clean. A little disappointed with the breakfast. Could be better. The bar area is lovely and we ate in the restaurant three times as it was excellent. What really let the place down was the grumpy and dishonest attitude of one of the barmen. The lighter haired one. He was rude and charged us double for mulled wine when we the darker haired barman had charged us correctly three nights previously. I would go back, but would avoid the bar when dodgy bartender was working.

Went there twice for dinner during our short stay in Krakow. The food was excelent both times and still rather cheap. The translations on the Menue are excelent (German and English). If you are the first time in Poland I recommend the Zurek as starter. The first time we were served by a super friendly woman, the second time there was a jounger woman who was not that friendly though.

The rooms are very small and the location is very good and the parking is very small and the hotel is very nice.

Great Hotel. The lobby is really comfy, breakfast are tasty and rooms are really nice and cozy. It's in classical style and I like that. The restaurant serves delicious food, I have no complains whatsoever.
