The hotel very cozy the food of the restaurant very rich and a terrace with insulation for the cold and two stoves. The truth is very well.

We are located in this hotel, a group of 4 people from Asturias, from the 6th of December to the 10th, the eve of the day of departure, and after having left the hotel at 7 am for the excursion to the salt mines, we met on returning that one of the rooms the number 23, was unclean. We thought they would do it later, and we went to the street and toured the city, had dinner and when we got exhausted to the hotel, to rest and pack, Room 23 was still not cleaned. We claimed and didn't get it fixed, the only thing we got, was that they brought clean towels and soaps. Very bad our experience with the hotel. And we don't recommend it to anyone.

Very good reception, very good breakfast but room at the last floor a little close with the break room of the maids next door that fuent noisy from 6am to the mat.

Traditional hotel in brilliant location — but watch out for the wooden bed frames — they can give your shins a nasty knock.

Great location but The Room given is small and dark and the Mattress had its time, I can feel the springs on my back… wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody base on on the price I paid for this room. The hotel it self needs a pick me up! Stayed at the Sheraton last month for a cheaper rate and had a deluxe room.

Hotel in a fantastic location, clean and comfortable room, reception friendly and very helpful staff, if I return to the fancy city of Krakow definitely tournaments in this delightful property.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel very clean with a great outside area with live music which matches the mood of the area. Will be recommending to friend's and family and hope to come back some day.

Good to excellent location for exploring Krakow's old town and Jewish district. Small and cozy, but a bit dark. Poor Wi-Fi signal in our room. Beds were quite/too hard. Nice bathroom with a tub. Didn't try the breakfast as there are plenty of cheap and good cafés and diners all around.

Excellent restaurant with Polish Kosher cuisine in Krakow's Jewish ghetto.

Here for 6 nights. Very central in the Jewish quarter, half hrs (tops) walk to main square. No issues would recommend. Rooms clean, bathroom excellent bed comfy, what more could I ask for lol.

Rude service! We stayed with a group of friends, we ordered dinner for a few friends, and they charged us for the conference room! scammers and con artists!

Amazing hotel. I stayed for two nights. It's right in the Jewish quarter, in walking distance of old synagogues and a cool castle. Only complaints: slow Wi-Fi and the elevators didn't work so well. But, If you happen to visit Poland, come here!

It's certainly clean and the atmosphere is nice. Breakfast is alright but the kitchen doesn't appear to be trying too hard.

Stayed there for two pleasant nights. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kazimierz, yet in a quiet surrounding. Our room was on the first floor, directed to the backside. There wasn't that much daylight coming in, but we considered that irrelevant. Our room certainly wasn't too cold, the heating is more than sufficient. Contrary to what I had read somewhere we had a king-sized bed, and not two twin-beds The bedlinen was great btw. The room was nicely styled and you can tell it's been refurbished just recently. Satellite-TV on the Samsung flat screen was so-so, but all we needed was CNN during the wake up period. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a nice breakfast buffet and pretty much everything we needed. A general note: there is a tourist tax to be paid in Kraków. We only learned that when we checked out. Then again, 1.80 PLN per day and person isn't something that will cause major troubles.

Highly recommended to other visitors to Krakow. My wife and I arrived straight from the airport on the 18th of Dec and were able to check right in despite arriving before check in time. The front desk was extremely helpful with giving directions to locations, calling tour companies on our behalf (our Polish is very lacking! ) and general politeness. My wife and I are in our late 20s early 30s and found the 15-20min walk from the hotel to the market easy, beautiful and not a negative aspect of the location at all. The hotel restaurant was very good as well with a delicious mix of Polish cuisine. If you don't want to eat in the hotel though, in the market in front of the hotel there are 4-6 restaurants that all were very appealing and a great bar directly behind the restaurant that is very small, local and laidback.
