Absolutely excellent hotel and apartments. Friendly and welcoming people. Would definitely go back. The continental breakfast is lovely, building really has character to it and the location is superb. Xxx.

I stayed at Cracowdays with my fiance a few weeks ago during our first trip to Krakow, and we could not have asked for a better accommodation. The owners put so much care and love into their hotel and designed it with the goal of making you feel at home and also fostering community between you and other travelers — both of which they do really well! Our room (the 'Chianti' room) was so cozy and warm and really did make me feel like I was back at home rather than in a hotel room in a foreign country. The location is great too — we walked everywhere — to Old Town Square, the Castle, the train station, etc. There are also trams you can take if you don't feel like walking, but it was really well located close to everything. They also partner with local restaurants where you can get discounts on your meals! We had dinner at the restaurant across the street from Cracowdays, which was delicious AND we got a discount on our food. I will be staying here every time I return to Krakow in the future.

It is a charming place in the centre of Kraków very close to the old town. The hotel is cosy with very comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms and great homely atmosphere. The owner, Magdalena is an amazing hosts always available to help. Breakfast is delicious with fresh bread and pastries every morning. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

Loved this hostel. Clean, cozy, friendly! Delicious breakfast, cereal coffee of all kinds! The location is convenient, centered and quiet at the same time! You can book a transfer, but we personally did not need it! As I understood periodically make discounts on accommodation and we got 2 times cheaper than the usual price tag!
At the reception girls do not go anywhere, so you can always solve the issues related not only to accommodation, but also personal! In Krakow for the first time — I want to come again!
Discount on subsequent arrivals 10%, the main thing is not to throw out the coupon (give at entry) In general, I think you will not regret!

My husband and I had a great time at Cracowdays. We found room and bathroom very clean, good hearty breakfast with local pastries and other delicacies. The staff were very kind and prepared to fulfill our every request. A special thank you to Magdalena the owner who speaks Italian very well and made us feel like family and treated with kindness and competence.

Love visiting Kraków. Lot of good friends and nice people. My favorite place exept home ☺

Beautiful and functional the rooms and bathrooms. Missing, according to us, a mini bar fridge in the room. You can use the fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, but does not have the same comfort. Friendly and polite staff nice neighbourhood close to the centre.

I’ve only been in Poland two full days and I’m loving it. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, the people are so friendly and the history is rich. I was so lucky to spend my first few nights @cracowdays hotel because it embodies the charm of Krakow. They sent a driver for me at the airport, welcomed me with homemade honey flavored vodka and bought fresh pastries and bread every morning. I really can’t get over how good the bread is. I think this is the best bread I’ve ever had. I eat a ton of it and don’t feel bloated… winning! Also, the staff and owner Magdalena are so helpful and lovely to talk to. I’ve had a sit down coffee and chat with all the girls.

Nice family-like experience, the best service I have ever had in a hotel, amazing overall atmosphere and location. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and very helpful The apartment was very clean and comfy with fabulous bed and great interior design, in a wonderful location very close to the old town.
Breakfast was excellent — delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally there was a small kitchen beside the rooms so we could have a tea or coffee whenever we wanted.

The exterior of this hotel looks more like an apartment building which maybe it was at one time. You have to ring a doorbell to be let in when you first arrive. After that you have keys to let yourself in. Inside is more like a bed and breakfast although you can lock your room. The rooms are nicely decorated, very comfortable, and have their own bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is a communal breakfast room where a delightful breakfast is served each day for an added fee. I would stay here again.

I loved Krakow, clean roads, efficient means, great prices to eat and drink. The snow is even more beautiful:D.

This 'hotel' is situated in tenement house without elevator so when you are women with heavy luggage traveling alone you can have problem to get to reception on the first floor. Staff was really nice during all our stay. Breakfast was good, location is really convenient to go sightseeing.

Great location (10 minute walk from town center), room was clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Wish we had stayed longer.
