Clean friendly accommodation but noisy as next to railway station so always foot passage outside and due to wooden floors inside could hear every person going along corridors and up/down stairs. Didn't sleep well at all during 4 nights there.

We stayed there last week. Our room had the most shifty lock ever. Didnt feel safe leaving my stuff in the room because it was flimsey.
You could smell the drains from in the bathroom so the room stunk!
The staff were lovely and very helpful and welcoming.
It is in a good location close to a lot but unfortunately I would never stay again.

Nice staff, but not my favourite hotel… They share the yard with a restaurant and to get from the reception I had to squeeze through among the eating guests… Room was small but clean and the bathroom was fine, but… The window curtains where 10 cm to short and door and walls are paper thin so you could even hear the restaurant guests talking down on the yard…

Great plus for proximity to the main station. I have only one comment — Floors creaked.

Clean and tidy and in excellent location.

Clean but old, very small single room, old shower cabin, personnel is good. Main disappointment was significant difference between Booking images and reality. Maybe it is so only for single rooms. But i'm not sure.

The price very advantageous for a large and well equipped apartment.

Very close to the station, to the attractions is also convenient. There are 24 hours of super merchants in 50 meters. The staff at the counter were also very helpful.

A very good hotel central with numerous eating places around, v clean, v courteous staff, always happy to help. Food excellent breakfast a very large selection, cooked orders were very good. Rooms clean and comfortable, if I had one query it would be that the en suite rather small, but if that’s all anyone could pick up on that’s not bad!

It's a pretty nice place, no frills. The staff at the reception are very lovely, speaking a few languages girls (Russian including).
The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
And most importantly, the hotel is 3 minutes from the train station (railway and car), as well as 10-15 minutes from the center. Nearby there is a huge shopping center.

It is very well located and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but in relation quality-price is very good.

Good stay, great access to the centre of Krakòw and brillint for a weekend break. Few issues with shower leaking and shower temperature but was dealt with efficiently by staff.

Delicious pierogies in the nearby restaurant.

Can't fault room or staff, really enjoyed my stay. And it's located right next to Krakow train station!

Nice Staff. Old pretty 'house'. Only negative thing is that we had to 'break us in' in our room, THE door Was messed Up.

I've just spent 3 days in it, great permanence. The hotel looks so modern and cheap for a really good price. Central position. Simply great. A special thanks goes to Agnieszka, the receptionist, always kind and helpfull :)
