Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Couldn't be more helpful. However, do take note of instructions for obtaining access when the reception is un-manned as there is not always anyone there even during opening hours. There was a 'wrapper' behind the table in the bedroom, but otherwise the room was spacious and very practical with a kitchenette and the main living areas and bathroom were clean. The air con was also a must at no extra charge. Breakfast is brought to your room. It is continental only, but actually offers a bit of variety, and will keep you going until lunch. It is very convenient for both the old town and the train station for those who are touring.
