A very romantic and luxurious hotel, nestled in a beautiful landscape of the Beskydy. Food, service, spa & wellness are excellent, but so are the prices. But if you can afford it, you don't care. For a romantic weekend for two, I can recommend the location to everyone.

The great hotel in every way, from the environment to the service. Here you can find everything: peace, comfort, interesting pastime, amazing nature, both for leisure and for business meetings.
I would especially like to note the kitchen. Awesome presentation of dishes and their incredible taste. If I was asked to rate the chef on a scale of 10 points, I would put 100 points. Delicious!

Najlepszy Hotel w Polsce w którym byłem. Znakomicie zlokalizowany, wyposażony. Jacuzzi oraz infinity pool to klasa światowa. Rodzina była zachwycona. Ciężko uwierzyć że takie miejsce znajduje się nad Jeziorem Roznowskim. Pokoje wyposażone są świetnie. Parking przy hotelu lub podziemny dodatkowo płatny. Wiele restauracji oraz dostęp do przystani. Darmowy dostęp do Wi-Fi na terenie hotelu.

Great place! Love the food, but quality of service is still a bit behind. While there was 5 to 8 servers on duty. The time it took to collect empty plate was way to long for 5 stars!

A truly mesmerising place. I had high hopes for this place and my expectations were met… From the amazing view and very friendly stuff, through quality of well-being section to mouth-watering food at the Marina. I would highly recommend renting their katamaran for at least an hour and stay in infinity pool for the sunset. I booked spa treatments for mum and sister and they were very pleased. The rooms were comfortable, the service exemplary and the breakfast was to die for. I hope to get back there soon. Thumbs up from me and my family.

Fantastic place. Stunning views on the lake. 3 outstanding restaurants. Really recommend Marina restaurant for simple but delicious cuisine and good wines. Place is expensive for Polish standards, but still price attractive for its class. One is for sure, you will get these kind of views anywhere else in Europe. Book the place in advance. It is becoming more and more popular.

By far, one of the best hotels in Poland! Fantastic view, very cheerful, helpful and welcoming staff, great restaurants and food. Absolutely love it and recommend it strongly.

Where to begin… When you enter the hotel you are immediately greeted by someone working at the hotel. You are immediately struck by the luxury and elegance of the hotel. The hotel itself is every bit as luxary as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It is beautiful, both from the outside and the inside. The pool area is great with an amazing view. The spa area itself has a very soothing atmosphere and there is someone on every floor there to help you if you are in need. The food is also amazing. It was probably my favorite part of the experience. Fresh food, home made stuff, original recipes and local ingredients. It all just melted in your mouth. Remarkable. The rooms are of a very high standard, just like everything else. This place is ideal for a weekend getaway. Make sure you don't forget to enjoy the moment!

In love, rooms were more then comfortable. The view was amazing. Food was amazing/ Hospitality more than perfect. Amenities like the pool and spa were perfect too. Great experience!

A Hotel with fantastic Service

I've slept in many Hotels, in which for a night three times paid-in-full, but in terms of cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, only a fraction is presented! Everything is maintained to perfection, the quality of the mattresses. The offered food and the Whisky Bar are located on the highest, world class level. And the view on the artificial lake and the picturesque hills are hardly any left. There is the Heron Hotel, nothing to complain about, and that's why a full five stars.

Good location near a lake, with so many things to do. Hate the slow service.

Amazing views of the lake. Game room with 3 tvs and Playstations, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness room, day spay/massage, hair cuts and styling, boat & jet ski rentals, order drinks or food and have it brought to your location, restaurant and sky bar, night club was very cool. The best are 4 different saunas to relax in and the cold water/ice afterward. Great stay!
