I had a great time with my family in Dom pod Smokami last weekend. The apartment was comfortable, clean, very tasteful with a big bathroom. The view from the window and terrace — amazing. The place — quiet and peaceful, perfect if you want to escape from the city noises and crowd. The owner was very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere and delicious breakfasts. We're planning to go back there for weekend in autumn.

— Cleaning of the rooms is not made. You should do it by yourself. — No change of towels — Wi-Fi signal is very weak, the Internet is very slowly — Car parking and yard, where children are walking on snow is not cleared. — Staing in the hotel is dangerously, particularly for families with children. In our room there was a fire due to faulty wiring. Lucky that did not burn down the house and killing people. During the construction of the hotel is not met fire safety measures: halogen lamps, which are very hot, are built right into a wood. Halogen lamps, hanging on wires from the overhead lights. No fire extinguishers. — Hotel owner is rough (she's living on the 2-d floor) : 1. Boorish attitude to guests (not only to us, neighbors also complained) 2. After the fire, refused to change the towels that smelled fumes and soot 3. The owner personally throw out our things out of the room while we were outside 4. Broke into the room without knocking or permission 5. Turn off the heating in our room etc. — We will never go to this hotel and do not recommend to anyone, but we liked Poland very much and we'll be back, but in this hotel never! Be carefull: this hotel is dengerous and rough owner.
