Horrible customer service for a hotel you want to rely on on your trip with small children from holidays back home. The hotel "resident" sent us an SMS that the hotel was in "major reconstruction" 8 hours before our arrival time (not a few weeks before when we booked the hotel! ) and then when we called him his phone was not in the net for 2x we tried, then we finally spoke with him and then he said that we should call him 30 minutes before arrival, which we tried to do but for the first 5 times (! ) he did not pick up the phone, for 30 minutes he did not react to 2 SMSes and we were finishing a 12 hour drive and needed a reliable bed. We booked another hotel in Cieszyn, and cancelled Cieszynski. To our SHOCK the hotel has actually charged us for the night in the meantime. At the moment we are waiting for a couple of days for the hotel's employees to talk with the manager (who of course was not at the premises when we called). Unreliable, unbelievable …
