Went there for a visit but the staff were rather unaccommodating. The place is nice and full of potential when it comes to several activities but it would be more enjoyable if the staff, the guard especially, would welcome people warmly. It is, after all, the very essence of the hotel. To serve as a retreat for people to ease their minds after a stressful week or month but it added more stress and discomfort if the staff aren’t as hospitable as they should. Just my two cents. The place is very nice though.

The place to be, especially the swimming pool the kids must love it.

1. Slow service.
2. Waiters didn't know anything. When I asked the type of soup he served, he said he didn't know and he was just just asked to serve it.
3. The bartenders made the worst buko shake I ever had in my life. I make much better at home woth more coconut meat, milk, and honey.
4. Young children like Alia still had to pay full for the pool entrance fee just like the adults.
5. Orders we had for breakfast were served more than an hour after we ordered them.
6. Toilets were dirty, stank and not well-maintained.

Market place throw out people while they are eating sucks.

Though we only had short vacation but we really enjoyed the place and great food. People are awesome too and very accommodating. They exceeded our expectations when it comes to customer service! Thank you!

Cozy place. Accommodating staff. Initial problem with plumbing but they quickly transferred to another room Rice is expensive. Extra blankets is charged. Return guests are given a discount Decent breakfast buffet. Water heater performance is sporadic. One of the staff was in a hurry to move us to another.

Great place. Breakfast is very sumptous. A must-see and must-visit place. Staffs are very accommodating to guests needs.

I don't recommend this place at all. Many of the staff members, who are young in age, doesn't seem to be happy working there and is reflected in their work performance. Please note that there were a few staff members who did a wonderful job. Plus the room where I occupied is in desperate need of a makeover.

For me, it's a nice place to stay. I also loved the beach that is just a few steps away from this resort. The staffs accomodated us well so I gave 4 stars. I didn't gave 5 because I can't say that it's really that 'cool' :)

Free breakfast for 2 per stay served poolside. Good location very near the beach side restaurants serving the best of Roxas cities seafood.

This is the best place so far in bay bay area. :) Nicest part is that the beach is just fronting the hotel :)

The resort is having many new buildings constructed but not causing any issues. The coffee shop / restaurant and reception are clean and modern. The pool area etc is very good but the rooms seriously need to be upgraded to a better standard. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate is typical Filipino style and as a non Filipino do not like it and choose to eat outside. The restaurant serves excellent baby back spare ribs. I have stayed here twice recently and have no problem returning again but if they want to improve to a 2 or 3 star rating the rooms must be improved.

Good beach front location. Things to watch as the local fisher folk go about their daily business. The Baybay strip is a good place for seafood and drinks.

Pros: Easily accessible from airport, relaxing atmosphere esp at the pool and lake area. Cons: Water supply unavailable during the morning. It only gets reinstored after you call front desk.

So many things that could be better improved. Patio door can't be locked without someone outside pushing and lifting. Internet is reallybslow. Grounds are muddy. The place just feels worn.

This place was so relaxing because aside of it's huge property, this resort is just across the log stretch of Baybay beach and a few meters away from the People's Park. We had a really great time in Roxas City!

A perfect haven for people looking for a place to rest in and at the same time to enjoy the beauty of Roxas City beaches and sea foods. Economy-wise and the place feels like home. With pool, function halls, eat-all-you-can breakfast, live band performance at night and a serene place for a good walk.

Overall comfortable and relaxing stay. Pool area is nice and van service to airport is a plus. Suggest that the resort improve its frontdesk facility and check fixtures on their rooms such as shower heads and sinks.

This is an immensely enjoyable resort. The large and well-landscaped property suggests an opportunity for serenity. The staff is very attentive. Our room was a joy. We had the Garden Suite. The breakfasts are terrific and we enjoyed grilled fish dinners at poolside. Aside from some minor inconveniences, the biggest shortcoming is the tendency for loud industrial pounding hip-hop "music" coming from the pool that eliminates all hope of serenity. Another is that the tables in the cafe aren't suitable for people who have legs. These factors could easily be corrected to make a great resort even better.

Have been there for the first time with some family members. Arrived there before midday and there are almost no guests around. The swimming pool is not very big for european conditions but still it was nice experience. The lunch in front of the pool was delicious (including the Mango-Shake).

If you do not expect any fancy things, it is not bad at all, one of the best you can find at the no-foreign-tourists city. The room is clean and spacious. I also like the swimming pool. We did not make an effort to eat at their Thai Wok restaurant but no choice for the breakfast. I forgive them of the limited menu for allowing us to have it by the swimming pool though.

Staff are very efficient, very professional and courteous. Concierge are quick to give info when needed. Nice ambiance, clean. Nice pool. The only minus is that that they have very limited breakfast menu. Some rooms are outdated (no extra plugs to charge phones and pc's). Otherwise, will return again.
