On the first day of our five-day stay, the toilet and the shower were clogged. There were also cockroaches. The room had only one window, which faced a wall directly, making us feel very confined. It was a really bad start, especially due to the condition of the room and one staff member’s bad attitude when we asked for a solution.
However, later on, everyone else was very kind to us and took care of all our needs during our stay. Thank you for your interest in making our trip to Bantayan better.
Staff are kind. The room is clean and spacious. I like how it is front beach property so you do not have to walk far to go to the beach. Although there are a lot of seaweeds and few trash on the shore compared to the santa fe beach near the port, but the beach it self has white sand and is clean. This is due to the habagat season, which is beyond the power of the accommodation though so overall stay was good. I have arrived there so early, and fortunately they allowed me to early check in. It is near or along the kota beach. Also, the sunset is good.

This place is an absolute hidden gem. SF is full of rustic charm that personafies what a Filipino experience should be. The rooms are cozy with a functioning AC. The property itself is beachfront and offers incredible views of vast white sand and beautiful ocean hues. The food served from the onsite restaurant is delicious. Finally, the location is great by being walking distance to the heart of Santa Fe. If you are looking for a place full of character where you'll be treated like family, don't hesitate to reserve here. I would return in a heartbeat.
