Our experience was : Checkin was okay. Room is too different than the photo we saw. Breakfast was serve in the room but FD ddnt advice us before we checkin. The Trash was not empty when we came in. I believe it was from the other guest. No hot shower. Last thing that bothered us was the NOISE early in the morning at around 6am. I guess it was the HOUSE KEEPING talking loud in the hallway and below our room.

Do not be fooled by hotel pictures. I booked in Booking. Com for a 2 night stay. When I checked in, I expected a desk for my laptop and good internet for my work. I am currently injured and was put on 3d floor. Expected water bottle but the room has a pitcher and u need to go down to get a water.
No toothbrush
Side of the bed has a dead cockroach
No phone on the room
Rags are dirty
Wasnt able to work. — need to be comfortable sometime due to stress and this happened? imagine having a foot injury with a steep stairs. Plus I have to go down again for water refill. Goodluck!

I highly recommend Z Pension, we were given a chance to check in early, staff were very friendly and nice. Very clean room and spacious. Location is superb, just walking distance to boulevard, cathedral, belfry, Siliman and the market. If I visit dumaguete again with family, we will definitely stay here.
