The beds were clean and comfortable and large bathroom. Cleaning staff were great. Good location in centre of Dumaguete. We will return.

I really like this hotel. I had room 305, which is the matrimonial suite. I travel solo. The room is spacious, clean and in good order. I rarely watch TV, but there is an abundance of English movie channels, history, etc. I had no window, so I woke when I woke, regardless of day-breaking light. Plenty of hot water, good Wi-Fi, aircon and good lighting. Two and a half blocks, only, up from the waterfront and center of town. Easy walking to anywhere in town and trikes galore at the ready to hail.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been! After 2 weeks traveling around the Philippines this was the worst one. The service was awful, lack of information, the staff were not friendly at all and the room… OMG. Too many empty furniture but no fridge, either a window. The bed sheets & the headboard had stains. The bathroom was old, not well maintained & nor clean. The plugs were only adapted for the Filipino plain plugs & from the room you could hear everything that is happening outside, upstairs, elevator … If the hotel arrange the ride to the pier they change 150PHP, and a tricycle just in front you pay max 50PHP. Only thing working was the Wi-Fi. not recommended!

Rooms are kept tidy and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are functional with a spacious bathroom. Happy to stay put here for the month holiday.

A stones throw away from Silliman University and … accessible to nearby commercial establishments… strategic location … nice place to cater your brief stay in the city!

Hotel is in a good location. Staff was really friendly. Only reason for four stars is that the room smelled a little funky when we checked in. Other than that it's a good spot in Dumaguete.

Women at the front desks look like they don't care. Will underestimate poor looking people. Feeling pretty but don't even know how to blend their makeup well. Rooms are spacious but dark. No hair dryer, thin sheets, hot shower is weak.

Great location within the downtown area of Dumaguete City. Very near to Silliman University, Tempura sa Boulevard, Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City Hall, Dumaguete City Quezon Park, The Bell Tower, Dumaguete Cathedral Church and The Bodbod Kabog @ Dumaguete City Public Market Painitan.

Central location but recommended a greater cleanliness of the bathroom.

Good location, great staff, good value.

Great location. No doubt about that but some rooms are dark and the sheets are sooo thin! No blow dry either but you can rent 50 pesos fr 5 hours. Hot shower available but a bit slow. Certain plumbing issues can be improved. Service is great with the staff but otherwise I think there’s a lot of room for improvement in other aspects of their business;)

Affordable and nice rooms. Have a good Wi-Fi too. Near the famous boulevard.

The stuff and location are nice But photos are missleading The place is small and not a good looking However if you lookfor a cheap place for a night This is it.

Nice people! Small rooms but it's among the best in Dumaguete! Wi-Fi is mostly adequate depending on where you're located.

We stayed in their nicanor suite. We loved the room and the view. Near from the malls and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay at Dumaguete City.

Located within the city and very much accessible. However, the management needs to upgrade their lighting on the corridors.

Great location and helpful front desk. Was a bit on the dark side needs brighter lights and needs AC in the hall ways… The only places that are cooled is the lobby and your room which I guess is the important places. Overall its a okay place to stay would be better with the things I mentioned. On a side note the ac only stays on if your room key is in the power slot so I recommend asking for a extra key to keep your room cool for yoyr return after enjoying the city.

Pros: Location. It's in the heart of the city. Cons: Parking space.

Centrally-located. If you want a big room, make sure to ask for the "bridal suite". That room has a floor-to-ceiling glass wall: great light, enough space for a family of 4-5.

We encountered a problem with the key cards and was transferred to another room. The rooms are spacious and have their own bath tubs. Internet connection inside the room is quite good.

Pretty good hotel, near the seaside, restaurants and shops.

I don't know what happened but when I used the bathroom, it smells weird. I think it's their drainage, I don't know. It just bothers me up until now.

Very nice place to stay, exactly at the city center. Many banks, restos and other commercial places nearby.

Great place to relax when in dumaguete.

Clean rooms, and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi is great but the rooms lack any natural light.
