Staffs are extremely rude! They don’t have a proper coordination not even an inch of a good customer service. You are dragging the name of Bantug Lake Ranch down. Very shame of you guys! The management should look into this! its horrible! Not recommended for any future events. Entrance staff very poor and arrogant!
