Very family friendly, accessible to the mall if you forget to buy some neccessities and other establishments like Spa, Seafood restaurants. Everyone was nice and accomodating. I love the food from Misto. Overall we enjoyed our Christmas holiday in Seda Capitol.

I love the food especially the anatto rice. Front office is very warm and friendly. Love the service!

Ambiance was ok… food is nice but food service was too bad it takes almost 2 hrs for our orders to arrive… we wanted to order more but we decided to transfer to a new place due to the delays… goodluck but honestly we are not satisfy with the service…

衛生面は日本女性がぎりぎり泊まれるホテル。 フリーボトルウォーターも2本までで、他は有料。 無料Wi-Fiは使えるが、スピードは期待しないのが当たり前のフィリピン。 地方のホテルなので★★★★★にしたいのだが、客室同士の防音が悪い。たまたま煩い隣の部屋が話し声、歌声、騒ぎ声と喘ぎ声がうるさく、リラックスする時間が減ってしまった。 ルームサービスの食べ物は、量の方は地方としては一人前は多い。 だが味の方は、現地フィリピン人も不味いと言う不味さ。4点とソフトドリンク1杯で税さをプラスすると2, 000ペソ。マニラだと日本食レストランで夜食の持ち帰りまで出来てしまう値段。 アメニティは、グレードはともかく二人分は一通り揃ってる。 室内のセキュリティボックス (金庫) は13インチのノートブック、一眼カネラセットと他小物多数は収納できる。だが、フィリピンに共通してるUSBのマスターキーで開ける事のできるタイプなので、特別な貴重品は保管方法に気を付けること。フロント (レセプション) の貸し金庫の有無は未確認。 屋上のラウンジは取り敢えずGood。 朝食はブッフェスタイル。

This is the best Hotel ever I would love to visit it sometimes I hope you can upgrade it more. If you visit this hotel I swear to you, you will experience what I did experienced and you will be like "Oh wow I rate this a 10 000 000 over 10 000 000" So go check this hotel at Bacolod if you don't like it it's okay because there are lots of hotels so go visit the hotel you will love it, the people who worked here is so nice if you walk through them they will greet you even if your new so if you hate it they won't be mad:p ya know LOL this is all hope you like it.

A refreshingly tranquil hotel in the bustling metropolis that is Bacolod. Staff remained alert, attentive and courteous at all times. Rooms were modern contemporary and in very good condition. Overhead can lighting in the bathroom was harsh and made it difficult to use the vanity mirror without being in shadow. Pool and pool area were lovely but a 6pm closing time seemed too early to unwind after a long day. The dining hall offered the usual offerings of most other hotels I frequent in the Philippines, but I had no complaints. All-in-all I would definitely stay here again as I left rested and satisfied.

We stayed here while visiting Bacolod for a friend's wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was very cozy and spacious, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Our room price came with a free buffet breakfast and we found the basic options delicious and filling. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bacolod.

It's nice and fancy. They serve good foods. I recommend, shade in the pool for convenient swimming during daytime. Thank you.

Was only there for US Embassy Outreach in one of the conference rooms, but what I saw of the first floor staff and surroundings. Was impressed. Very clean, very nice staff, nicely organized. Hotel services was accommodating to hrelp with photocopy needs even though we weren't actual guests staying there. This makes me want to to stay there sometime — probably sooner than later.

Great hotel! New, very comfortable, friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our bellboy said that they don't except tips! Bravo to Seda for paying great wages! Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices they will even make eggs to order!

Our stay at seda was almost perfect had it not for the strong smell of dust due to ongoing construction. Unfortunately, my husband and I happened to be asthmatic and so our stay was a bit traumatic. In fairness to the hotel, they were prompt in addressing the issue and provided us with the humidifier. Our room was nice and the pool is just visible from the room. Breakfast was great although children were not included.

Still under construction though you won't know it. Service is prompt and good. The bell people are great and the restaurant is nice but the food is ok. The rooms are New and clean which is a big thing for us. The pool was closed. Need extended hours for those of us who attend work activities during the day.

I was one of the first clients in their resto/coffee shop when it had a soft opening. Then we held our Rotary event in their function room. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and nice. My experience has been very good. The place is cozy with a quiet ambiance. In its restaurant the food is good and the waiters are efficient. Since then, I came back several times, dining in their restaurant.
