I was supposed to stay here for 9 days but ended up only 1 night stay, a clogged toilet, and no shower. Even though my room is on the 4th floor, still the noises from the vehicles outside are too loud for me to do some work. They don't have an elevator so it's a struggle to carry your luggage on their narrow staircase.

This is not a hotel this is just a lodge. The room for family are too small. Their restroom is smelly and dirty. No parking areas. If you want to park you have to go to the public parking area which is 15min walk from the hotel. No free soap and shampoo.

Place is great! but a little far from the port and shopping malls/fast food area.

It’s a nice hotel. Clean room, big and spacious. Staff is also great.
Bad thing is, no free soap, toothpaste, shampoo.
Even a 390 pesos hotel in Siquijor provides these.
And one more thing, the light in the hallways comes in to some rooms. Especially my room, it is right outside the glass frame above my door. Was not able to have a really good sleep with this.

Went there yesterday. Woman came out yelling I needed to move my motorbike. My motorbike was not blocking anything. I said it would be quick — just needed to know if room was available. Woman disappeared into hotel and never came back. Crazy customer service. I got a hotel down the street with great customer service. Management needs to train that woman at reception.

Non refundable rooms for companions who missed their flight is understandable but found out they don’t have a hot shower as well. The only hotel with no hot shower we stayed for a night near the pier while waiting for a relative to fetch us. We asked for a kettle and they also cannot provide it. Is there still a hotel that doesn’t provide kettle in their rooms? I will not for sure recommend this hotel and will not stay to any of their hotels nationwide. Not a good value for money and need to improve their customer service.

I have traveled the world and recently have been in the Philippines now that it is open. My fiance an I are at the Villa. The customer service is the best I have encountered. Our room, 223, is a suite and very nice. Incredibly and comfortable. Room service is fast and excellent. The restaurant has some of the best food I have had for the price, very good value. I would and will stay here each time I am in Leyte.

Their staff are really friendly and helpful, the ambiance is perfect, always dining in by the poolside 😍 and their pricing is quite affordable 🙈🤍🤍🤍 we stayed twice in just a week time 😂
