Second time here, hotel is poorly maintained. Found cockroach in the room, slippers dirty, shower stand broken, heater not working, TV not working, found rat on the ground floor. Clear sign of staff not maintaining the facility despite being a newly built hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in a Fan’s Hotel chain, the first is in Baybay City last May and now in Ormoc city. I’m always amazed by their modern business hotel vibe which is very much comparable to 4 star hotels in Manila or Cebu.
Location wise, it’s very strategic as it’s in the center of the city — just a couple of steps away from the city terminal and port. Accessible to everything you would need while staying in the city.
The service staffs are very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The facilities are very modern and cleanliness is on top level. The room is really spacious, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. I had a great night sleep during my stay. The breakfast is only ala carte but sufficient.
I’m really happy with my stay and would highly recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Ormoc City.

Great experience during the typhoon. Power was consistent. Service was great. Rooms were clean and food was great.
Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Room window lock not functioning,
Outo lock main door malfunctioning.
No service slipper.
No dinning place and ordinary food only available.

This hotel is very worst, very noise.
And the food is not good! never again.

I stayed for 2 nights. Short walk from the ferry. Breakfast was nice… room service only. Wi-fi (Wi-Fi) was excellent and fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was easy and properly assembled. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful, which for me was fine. Traffic noise was constant and fairly loud.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. After trying to sleep for 2.5 hours, due to a celebration, I requested a quieter room. After receiving the key, come to find out, someone just left the room and it was extremely unkept/not ready. Bedding everywhere so on and so forth. I was told to wait for the house keeper to arrive in 20 minutes. 1.5 hours later I am told they do not do late housekeeping. They wasted over 4 hours of sleeping time. I ended up going back to the original room because the celebration finally ended. When I ask them about some form of retribution, they just said sorry sir. Never again!

Very similar to Fan's hotel in Baybay.
No local TV but only YouTube with old videos & Netflix if you're a member. I was told the owner bought all the TV's with him from China.
The shower was fantastic & it had a non-slip stone slab on top of the tiles.
No phone in the room. You have to call front desk using your smartphone.
Like Baybay you have to order your meal the night before from a limited Filipino selection.
Forget about any buffet or bacon or toast etc.

This hotel is rated on my List! Friendly professional staff, very clean invironment and cool air conditioning. Will always be my first choice for vacation stays😊

Hotel itself is Good for its price. Been here a couple times but be careful not to encounter the newly instated Hotel Manager from “Manila”
Very Rude Hotel Manager, very unprofessional, very arrogrant that He is from Manila and will look down on his clients as if the clients were inferior to him. Will belittle clients advice and treat clients as not knowing persons. Be well dressed because the hotel manager will judge on how you look and treat you on how he will perceive you, specially if you are dressed shabbily. Better find another hotel if you have money.

Got a family room. The TV didn't work, there was no fridge, no shower curtain, the Wi-Fi only worked half the time. They also charged 500 for a keycard. Will never use this hotel again.

Big rooms. Reasonably priced. Unflattering breakfast. Right across the market.

That's the best and newest hotel in ormoc, chinese high standard, they provide Wi-Fi 6, great.
