Injap Tower is my home away from home in Iloilo city. I truly appreciate the staff's hospitality and excellent service. Most of all, I love that the hotel is conveniently located accross SM City Iloilo.

Cozy place and near at shopping mall, you would definitely try the cafe at 21flr for your majestic view for your instagramable view🙂

Great Location. Easy to get a cab or ride if you plan to travel around. One things is I hope they change or replace their pillow. Uncomfortable sleep since pillow is firm but too tall. Will have stiff-neck if you use it 😂 I also suggest to bring your own toiletries esp shampoo and conditioner… 😀 Been calling their maintenance since TV remote, Wi-Fi is not working. Staff are great ♥️ thanks!

Room is small but serves it's purpose. Pillows are good because they are firm but too tall, it was hard to sleep as my head was too elevated, I wish they here medium in height so I can sleep comfortably. I wish the bathroom has a counter though not just a sink so I can easily lay down my makeup. Aparadors — I wish one part goes all the way down so maxi dresses can be hanged all the way down. Shower is not so good, the flow of the water from the shower is not even. Not so much food choices for buffet breakfast and they don't really have a good taste. I still recommend this hotel. Location is good and very affordable.

My booking says it has free breakfast for 2 included but when we went there they said it wasn't and the café was closed. The rooms were also not well-maintained and the bed sheets had tears, as in may punit. Dissappointing experience, never coming back.

My family is so grateful to the staff of Injap. My parents were on vacation in the Philippines and were stuck at the hotel for over 3 months due to the Covid19 lockdown. My fiance and I stayed here many times. It's very accessible to airport and the SM mall is just in front of the hotel. I like their staff they are very approchable and they have a good service. We always enjoy our stay here…

Welcoming staff, place is close to everywhere, safe place to stay in iloilo with 24/7 security. 7/11 store just right below the hotel so I have what I need all the time with no worries and the taxis are just downstairs and easy to go around the city. Thank you.

Strategic location, just across the sm city iloilo. Though there’s a few downfall like small space of the lobby, I would still recommend this hotel for it’s great customer service when it comes to their staffs… almost all the staffs are friendly and accommodating. My child had a stomach upset, and I was very thankful for the understanding and politeness I received during our stay.

The room we got is quite too small for a family of four. Very clean though and they have everything you need, like a small kitchen with a microwave oven, a small ref, an electric kettle, and they even have a robe and slippers for the guest to use. The shower has all the toiletries, a big plus for the hair dryer. The staff are very efficient and helpful but I'm giving it a three star for the lack of electric outlets for the guests to use. We cannot charge our phones! And Wi-Fi is not working! : (

Location is very convenient, right across SM. There are vans that has airport-sm route. Clean. Enough space (not very big). Comfortable beds. Affordable. Okay buffet breakfast.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. No problem with room but the food in the restaurant was blah. It was minimalist to say the least. (sorry for being sarcastic) but it was little. It could have given a nice plating but only three small slices of chicken and rice.

Very overrated. Toilet continually blocked up. Buffet breakfast only fair. Not much variety. Location is good. Opposite SM City. However the walk bridge leading there consists of steep steps. Staff were polite.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel lobby was clean. BUT, the elevators and hallways leading to my room smelled like garbage! I thought it was only that one day that it smelled but it smelled everyday for the next 2 days that I was there! It’s definitely not something you want to smell when you’re on your way to the buffet breakfast! The rooms were just OK. If you sleep on the bed by the window you can hear everything that goes on in the streets! I did not get a good nights sleep for every night that I was there. The air conditioning did not work very well. The wallpaper was peeling in my room. The only saving grace for this hotel was the customer service and the location.

Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the clean rooms and were able to hold my luggage for a couple hours after checking out.

I booked two rooms here at Injap for relatives to stay. Though they were a bit small, they got the job done for 6 people (total). I did not hear any complaints from them. The check in process here is a bit strange as you have to check in at the front desk, wait about an hour (even after check in time, and with a reservation! ) and then they finally will give you the keys to your room. I have never ever had to do that before, anywhere I’ve been in the world. It is a normal thing at Injap as there are a bunch of seats in the lobby to serve as a queue for this strange process. I guess it can’t be helped.

Staff are friendly… the room is cozy and I like the way they make the room dim lit just enough for you to feel calm. Sleeping in was the best…

Great location right across from an SM Mall. What really stands out is the complementary breakfast. The cafe/restaurant is located on the 31st floor and has an attractive view of the city. The food is also wonderful and tasty. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Toilet mat instead of white the colour is dirty white. 6under the zinc is rusty 7No food to order or room service late night 8. Breakfast no variety of bread pansedal and white loaf bread only. Fancy orange juice no fresh, fruits like papaya for display only, coffee they prepare coffeemate than fresh milk to add in ur coffee,

Everyday clean room, new towels, coffee refills but you have to bring extension cord not enough outlet for two gadget charging. Excellent Wi-Fi connection.

Nice hotel, location and staff. They just need to improve their sewerage otherwise it should have been perfect.

Slow poor elevators. Small shady pool area with unimpressive decor n landscaping. Horrible parking setup with steep climb n tight turns. Small rooms and poor service. With it being fairly new its already getting very tired looking due to lack of proper maintenance.

The hotel was referred to me by my cousin thinking it's a decent place to stay considering she knows the city well. It's a small place that needs updating from top to bottom, I supposed. The amount I paid for the room completely not reciprocal to the complementary I need.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds, great location on the main strip and across from the SM mall. Complimentary water bottles and snack provided in room along with coffee and the other usuals. They have a pool and fitness room as well as a cafe on the top floor with complimentary breakfast. Card access to individual floors and of course the room. Nothing too special in the rooms but they do have a bar fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi router, phone and alarm clock. Bathroom comes with dental kit and towels, there are also some slippers provided. Nice view overlooking city, we are on the 8th floor but probably really nice from higher.

It took 1 hour for check-in processing alone. We stayed in the lobby while waiting for our room and it was very hot since the aircon was not working. It is disappointing that upon our arrival we already had a bad experience. Also parking space is not enough to accomodate the guest cars. The bathroom is not properly clean since molds are very visible. And towels are no longer white in color instead dirty white. They also provided only one bathrob on which supposedly two since minimum guest per room is two. We also tried booking a massage for four persons but we were turned down considering it was only 10pm then and closing time of the Spa was at 12 midnight. Overall review, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel is the best. It is opposite SM City Iloilo and very near Plazuela and Smallville. Hotel is generally clean. Staff is great and very polite.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff from beginning to end were awesome. They provided a buffet breakfast daily and the location was great for us. Close to everything. The only downside of my stay was slow internet speed and small rooms. With that being said I would go back and stay as a guest again. Great job Injap team.

Room is very clean and very affordable. Walking distance to SM mall. Hotel is tallest building in visayas region which is cool too.

My family stayed overnight here last weekend. The room has the basic necessities and the bed is so comfy. I appreciate the slippers and the nice cable connection. However, Wi-Fi was so slow that we ended up using our own data. Toilet was leaking and no doormats available. Breakfast buffet was good plus the amazing view from the Cafe. The biggest downfall for us was the fact that they don’t have room service and the parking area stinks from the odor of their septic tank.

The location is the best for it's near hot spots in the city. It's just in front of SM City and a ride away to other destination. The hotel is nice. The room exudes comfort and relaxation. The internet is reliable, breakfast buffet is a feast and the pool is added bonus too.

Fantastic rooms. Fats Wi-Fi connection, good aircon, good TV and cable. Very clean rooms. But the buffet breakfast was not so tasty.

All the basics are well covered. Individual Wi-Fi repeater per room but internet is slow on 17th floor. Breakfast is delicious. They have good options. Bed is comfy and there is hot shower.

One of the worst experience in my business trip. Wi-Fi was not working, coffee machine was not working. Had to wait 20 mins for checkout.

The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Use of gym and pool are free for hotel guests. You may request for room service massage for a fee. The quality of food in their breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Wi-Fi connection is very weak and unreliable despite having one router every room. The location is just across SM City Iloilo.

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The room that we booked for four was quite small, though. Breakfast choices were limited, they should add more dishes. Great views in the Horizon Cafe at the 21st floor but I was disappointed with how my order turned out. Location is good because it's just across SM City and near the Esplanade.

Cheap yet Class A hotel. Location is good. Corteous and helpful staff. With 1900Php rate per night that comes with a breakfast buffet, sobrang okay dito. I just hope that they have a particular space for smokers. Hahahaha! Other than that, well-recommended.

Room is decent but there's this unfavorable smell probably from the pipes or water. Food, l have eaten better food in the Carenderia nearby. Injap should step up on this. Food taste bland and just flat. Not interesting. Elevator is soooo hot, sauna? Im giving the hotel 1 star, it's 2 because of the warm people of room service and breakfast area. Kudos to them.

Paid PhP3, 000 ($60) for 1 night for a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The room although small was new and clean with a nice viewpoint. The pool area is ok. The top floor restourant is nice. Service was great and location is superb being in the heart of the city. I'd stay here again.

The place was great very comfy bed and they have good sets of appliances. Just across the Mall. You have to be an expert driver to climb in the parking lot.

Good location, friendly staff. Housekeeping is lightning quick to appear on your door to respond for assistance. Room is well kept and with a nice view. Microwave oven, mini ref, room safe, tv, water heater and extra sink are very much appreciated at their price point. (-) The bathroom is smelly and won't go away even after hours of running the exhaust. Similar to public toilet smell with someone forgetting to flush.

I book my family for a one night stay in this hotel with breakfast included but they check out without having their breakfast because of some mess up and they keep them waiting to have their meal. Good location but poor service.

Very good locaion in iloilo and just only cross from SM city. Staff is very kindly and good.
