I love the place! The room where we stayed was very clean and the staff were very polite (and very funny! ). I will definitely choose this place again when I come back to Iloilo.

Very clean and very affordable for a small group.

At first, its so scary because of the ambience of the House but on the other side, The staffs here are so polite. Very Clean rooms. Beautiful scenery at the Second Floor while eating Bfast, Lunch, or Dinner. The most important is that you won't spend much for all of this positive review, it is very affordable. Sir Tirso is very good in entertaining. Reccommended for all tourist out there.

Great place to stay if you're in Iloilo. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was a Councilors League of the Philippines convention during my stay in Iloilo so ran out of good hotels. Ended up staying here at Casa Tentay for 2 nights. It's an old colonial house that was converted to a B&B. Nice and clean and old. A bit weary a ghost might pop out from the dark corners!

The facade may appear to you as a haunted house because it's a very old house. But when you're in Ilo-ilo you'll get used to seeing such very old houses and mansions. They don't offer breakfast or laundry but the staff's service was great. They will offer to take your pictures around the house. They placed cups and water heater in the room so we can have coffee anytime. There was also a mini fridge.

This is my favorite go-to B&B for my Manila guests. They loved the place! They always take photos of the interiors of the house. The staff was nice and very accommodating. That was the highlight of my guests' stay. While the house mentioned that they're a B&B place, they don't offer breakfast yet (as of 2018). There are other bfast options around the place though. In fact, there are three restos around Casa Tentay that offer breakfast. It's also just a walk to Robinson's Jaro and major landmarks around the area like the Belfry, Jaro Cathedral, and Jaro Ancenstral Houses. There's also Tinukib and Casa Gamboa Museum right beside Casa Tentay. So, it's perfect for those peeps who are looking for Ilonggo souvenirs. It's also a 15 to 30-minute ride (depends on traffic) to SM City Iloilo, Smallville, Atria, and Megaworld. Amenities are included — towels and all. Prices range from P800 and up.

Nice place to stay. Creepy looking outside but the room is clean, comfortable and spacious.

We stayed for one night in Casa Tentay, our last night before returning to Manila. It was funny as upon seeing the outside/front of the hotel (we arrived at night so it was dark) my group was telling me to move into another hotel as it looks creepy. This place was amazing! Their rooms are clean and looks like a regular hotel with kettle, TV and ref in some rooms. We got 3 rooms in one row at the ground floor. I like the style as it is an ancestral home but it looks like a normal hotel in the inside. They have nice staff telling you the stories about Lola Tentay, the house and the name of the rooms. I will definitely come back in this hotel. Btw, the location is good as well.

Thank you so much for the warm accommodation at Casa Tentay. We were glad to have stayed for 6 nights during the National Convention of Phil. Pharmacist Association. I even had a chance to chat with the beautiful owner, Dr. Marovi Celis.
They have nice and friendly personnel, Tirso, Grace and Roxanne… thank you guys.
I would definitely come back to this place in my future trips and also recommend it to my friends.

A Very good place to stay in. The people managing the place are very nice and accommodating. The old house is well maintained and clean. Kuya Guard is very friendly too. The location is good too as it is close to a mall and Jaro Plaza.

Sweet! It's not five stars but i'll take it as it is. It has prime location for me and it should be great for most. Just located a few meters away from traffic congestion so going home or leaving for the day is awesome. Best part — it's steps away from a local eat street leading to Rob Place Jaro.

The place is an old ancestral house but it is comfortable. The staff are really nice and accommodating. The rooms are well kept and clean. Truly value for your money. Price per room is in fact cheaper than others in the area! definitely recommended!

I definitely love this place. Its clean, cozy and the staff are friendly and hospitable. You feel at home in here.

A very nice bed and breakfast Place.

This is my 2nd time to stay in this place. And since my last stay 2-3 years ago, Casa Tentay still remains well taken cared of and clean. Very practical to stay in Iloilo since it is walking distance to Jaro Plaza and Robinsons mall, as well as Jo's chicken inato and the oldest pandesal bakery in Iloilo City.

Paid PhP3, 000 ($60) for 1 night for a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The room although small was new and clean with a nice viewpoint. The pool area is ok. The top floor restourant is nice. Service was great and location is superb being in the heart of the city. I'd stay here again.

The hotel's location is convenient, in front of SM Mall Iloilo. The rooms are small but equiped with a mini kitchen. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room is good. Staff are great, willing to go the extra, friendly and helpfull. Facilities within the room are manyfold. Microwave, fridge, kettle to name a few. Been here for 3 weeks now and I really only have 1 major gripe about the place. It advertises a Wi-Fi as a bonus but 9 minutes attempting (with many refreshes) to log into hotmail just doesn't cut it. Not in this day and age. This example isn't even the worst. The frustrations just grow for business matters as VPN will not work at all. All but given up on even trying to catch up on the UK News. This one thing really lets this hotel down. If you don't need the internet at this hotel it would get 4.5 to 5 stars from me. But. I do and this is my review so 2 stars only.

Really really great experience … the rooms are about 2, 800php. Oh beware of the mirror near the Comfort room! ahaha already got fooled twice with that, oh! they don't have room service so keep that in mind. Food is great at the Horizon Cafe but basically you're really paying for the View not the food.
