I was skeptical about booking because of the reviews but I had a great experience. The location is literally next door to the whale watching experience, they offer a service to make the process more convenient, the room was clean and cozy, and the beach right in front of the property was plenty of corals and fish to enjoy snorkeling. They rent you snorkeling gear and we even saw 3 massive sea turtles in the area! Great experience!
The location and service are everything if you're in town to swim with whale sharks. The room itself is pretty rough, but you won't spend much time there anyway. There's a beautiful yard and beach to enjoy right outside your door, and the whale shark tour is just a couple blocks away.

Room less than average, no night stand, no hot shower, water very weak, at night extremely noisy with trucks passing every 5 minutes and waking me up. The advantages, nice cold AC, and the garden outside very chill and relaxing, and the people are nice and friendly there, but they will keep offering you services which you don’t need, and can do it yourself like the whale sharks and stuff.
