Lights in room and comfort room are not good super dark. Aircon is not functioning even we’ve try many times to make cooler our room but still not good in condition. Noisy too. Maybe next time you should improve the lights an aircon too.

I recommend this Hotel, I was here yesterday for the wedding reception of my sister. The staff was friendly and helped me with my decoration needs like ladders, chairs and tables ❤️

Definitely recommended to events we handle. Staffs are great.

My niece Danielle just had her 18 Birthday Celebration there and everything that my sister has paid for was worthy of praised. It exceeded her expectations. Everyone looked happy and everyone left with good and fun experiences. Kudos.

Spacious room. But there was no hot water in the shower. Staffs are nice. Sunburst friedchicken is just next door.

There were big cockroaches in my room. So terrible.

This is a great place to stay. The bathroom is big and comfortable and it's pleasing to look at as well. It's kinda bit pricey, experiencing this hotel once in a while is great.

When I was organizing an event in Mandaue City, one of the option I have was to accomodate my guests in Orchard Cebu. One of the oldest hotels in Mandaue, it is along AS Fortuna, which is the main business street of the city. The hotels location is ideal for anyone visiting the city for business or leisure because it is just minutes away to "anything" you may want to accomplish.

The staff is fantastic! very hospitable, kind and accommodating. I'm very happy with my stay here and would stay again. The room was comfortable, the hot shower was wonderful! The deluxe room has nice details like granite counters.

The pictures are deceiving for this place. Not bad, mostly clean but very old and smells damp, my room smelled like durian from a previous quest. Hot water wasn't working when I was there and the door panel for the key card stopped working but was quickly fixed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food wasn't the best, but good location as it's a quick walk to the J center Mall.

… It is one of the best hotel i've chekced-in for a week. The staff were accomodating, serving free breakfast and functioning hot shower. Thumbs up!

The garden was smelly. The room looks very nice. Its very clean. No slippers given. Remote not functional.

Location is good since its nearby a shoping mall and restaurants nearby. The ambience is not so okay. Could do better training with thier staffs. Overall its an okay place but defintely not a place you want to keep coming back.

I loved that place. I dropped in a couple times during my journey, they always had a room for me, they always made me pay for a sweet, lol, but I got an amazing clean room, with a great staff! I'll be there again!

Rooms to small. For the expensive price. Dirty windows, dusty lobby area. Offered a hot & cold shower but not functioning. Poor hotel facilities. Room lights are not good no white color all yellow. Food is very expensive especially the small cup of rice, costs is 74php. Very slow or poor Wi-Fi connection. Hotel personnel is no good, don't accommodate nor assist a help for guest concern, no action… ALL IN ALL ITS POOR AND NO Good SERVICE.

Badly lit room, loud air conditioner and rusty sanitary facilities. The bed was clean though.

We booked this hotel thinking the discounted rate from Agoda was greatly worth it. It wasn't. The only pro was that our room was spacious, and that's after I complained that we had requested a bigger room during booking when they took us to a smaller room. Towels were old. I was doubtful whether they were cleaned. They also gave us a towel with a big brown mark on it (! ) Room service took time, staff had poor English, the restaurant had ants and flies, and there were not a lo…t of choices for breakfast. General toilets were not cleaned, and once, there was pee on the sink. I am highly disappointed because it is a big hotel with lots of potential, just badly managed, I guess. It was a non refundable booking so I could not waste the money I'd already paid but wanted to check out since day 1. Definitely won't come back. Not recommended.

Average. Functional; everything worked, but it would not be fun to stay for several nights. Tiny breakfast with few options, but it tasted all right. Clean towels, slightly smelly room. Good air-conditioning, but unfortunately pointed directly at the bed. Parking spaces outside were directly beside the road.

The price is good and the bed was comfortable but I wouldn't describe this hotel as anything more than average. It's in a boring part of Cebu City. There is not much to do in the area. Although there is a big shopping mall next to the hotel, the shopping mall doesn't have a lot of interesting stores and everything is of cheap quality. Also, little things about the hotel like there shampoo in the bathroom had a bad smell and looked really unappealing, and they didn't have any conditioner in the room or at the front desk. Also it was the first time I would describe hotel towels as old. I asked for new ones because they looked stained and dirty white even though they were freshly washed.

Ambiance is good and well accomodating frontdesk.

No hot water, bed uncomfortable, lazy staff wouldn't fix broken door p1900 per night.

I came a little earlier than expected and should be half the price of the room as a pre-check to pay. The rooms 104 is located in the basement and is not recommended. Small, no hot water and air conditioning is available only through a small door separated, which leads to the one due to the volume barely talk, let alone sleep. I am certainly not a wimp but the room was the last scrap. And with 27 Euro overrated.
