Worst reception ever. Even the security guard is a liar. And the manager will side with the sekyu no matter what, even if we have physical evidence to support our claim. They will offer you airconditioned room and then it turns out the aircon was already busted and will give electric fan as compensation. We tried changing our rooms but the sekyu will tell the manager that the aircon was never busted and will want to call the police. Fyi they were the ones in the wrong and paid us the full refund. Never book from this hotel, I tell you. Never. — 5 out of 10 stars. Negative.

Staffs are great! very accomodating. I love the pictures in the stairs. The ambiance of this hotel. The concept of this hotel is Great! masarap tumambay sa lobby… very comfortable ang bed and the pillows are lovely. Also ang kumot malaki masyado comfortable gamitin. Isa lang ang na notice ko ung sa CR… (Make an action ASAP) if you will make solution on that, 5 Star na kayo! keep it up guys!

Certainly won't recommend unless you don't really have a choice! The only thing that is good about this hotel is their promotional offer. Well, the location is good since it is really located at the heart of the city. Other than that, everything is just so awful. We had a non-working remote control and their plumbing line is so old that when we first run the water it got a nasty smell plus the drainage that got clogged up. But the very downside they have which is what always impress me and what I am always looking forward to is their customer service. Their receptionist probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed that she won't even smile and almost force us to pay twice just because she couldn't find our booking confirmation on their end. Good thing, I always track my bank transactions online so I know when a transaction got credited from my account and oh my, one reason why there is a booking confirmation number girl is because it is a proof that a customer have successfully booked their stay! So don't try to fool your customers because we all know that a refund is never an option for your hotel and I am pretty sure you will use that excuse if in case I had let you charge me twice. Pffftttt…

You get what you pay for. The room is generally clean, AC is old thus takes a while before the rooms gets cold. They have a TV with cable. Also, they offer free breakfast. Down side is that the comfort rooms needs a lot of improvement, space is too small and shower head was rusty.

Located in the city center. A walking distance to the must see places in Cebu City. With strong several Wi-Fi connections. Needs to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom. There are patches in the bed sheet and the blanket. Stains are visible in the bath towels.

Staff is not helpful. All pillow cover and bed sheet has a hole and dirty. In room 305, the water cannot go while showering. The flush water is not strong enough and need at least five min to flush again.

It is so expensive. Especially when there is am occasion, they'll gonna increase the rate and take advantage.

Clean, good staff and cheap.

This place is suit for the people who wants to chill.

Very rude reception from the people who works there. The room doesn't look at all like photos, the bathroom was dirty and the shower seemed have never been clean or desinfected. Towels were grey and smelt bad. The bed was confortable but the draps were broken at diferent places. There is no elevator and the breakfast wasn't large and a regular quality. There are other hotels better and cheaper in Cebú to stay at.

The water's rusty but the rooms are very cozy.

New, very safe place to stay, convenient to other places within cebu proper like malls and churches.
