Room rates is affordable and just located in heart of the city. The rooms are clean and the service is good.

This place is unexpectedly comfortable for its price. It's close to Cebu Doctors Hospital and it has a cafe of its own that serves delicious coffee and pastries. Its clean and TV is working with variety of channels. The facade is also cute Will definitely recommend this to relatives nd friends who'd wnt to stay near this area.

I have been here for the nth time too. The price is so economical. The location is near the heart of the city. Many coffee shops, souvenir shops, banks, restaurants and etc are within reach. Walking distance to Larsian, barbeque center of Cebu, which is therefore near the Chong Hua Hospital. The room is so good for the price you paid. For 700php you can enjoy a room with a private comfort room, a wide bed and it is airconditioned. They sell snacks also that you can bring home.

The place may not be Five Star but it's clean and very accesible. A few minutes away from Cityhall, Magellan's Cross, Yap-Sandiego Heritage House (Great Place with lots of old antiquated stuff and Great Tour Guide — Thanks Ariel). Gran Tierra also just s a stones throw away from good food places (STK, Yakski etc).

Good place to stay in Cebu City for budget travelers looking at air conditioner and clean rooms. Everything was just normal, with essential services, amenities and friendly staff. Don't expect a star hotel facilities, but they have clean towels and comfortable beds. Also the room size is pretty big, comparable to a suite in a 5 star hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious and its comfort room is nice. It is inexpensive and very clean and accessible to various places in metro cebu. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists.

Good location, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at best during our stay.

We had 1 night stay there. The place is a little older but they're very professional. The locations is at walking distance to all fast food and restaurants, and 2 halal places. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall a nice experience.

It's a quiet place. Staff are honest and can be trusted. Its clean and water is easy access in hallways I loved it! Wi-Fi is fast.

For a budget hotel, this is a very good place. Clean room and bathroom though toilet could use a bidet (or a dipper for the meantime). Free hot and cold drinking water, 24/7. Staff are very cordial and very accommodating.

Personally, I can say the staff were easy to deal with, some were friendly, some not, however, they've got a large room and bigger mattresses for a twin bedroom. AC is fine — not too relaxing, should be improved. Room is big, can get unlimited mineral water for free, did not use their Wi-Fi as I preferred my own data, no corkage for bringing in even food, they've got me a complimentary snack upon checking in. A place where is accessible to the hospital, and a two ride of jeepney to Ayala Center Cebu. I would recommend this place.
