Staying here for our teachers inductive program. Yes, for the first two nights staying here my meal experience is not good for the food is always not enough to the number of participants. However the hotel was able to cope with the situation on the third day and it is a good sign that the hotel management cares for their guests.

I dont like the entire design of the Hotel/Residence. Untidy. Looks so old. Parking area so dusty… and one time. As we parked at b3. Sewerage stinks. So poor sanitation…

Honestly hindi po maganda ang hotel luma lahat ng gamit as in hindi worth ang binayad ko. Pati pintuan sira, ung cr ang dumi, ang elevator nastack at natrap kami ng 10mins kala namin dna kami makakalabas sobrang nkakatakot dahil nagbavibrate ung elevator habang nasa loob kami at nakakadisappoint. I am referring to CEBU BRANCH ung laging ina. Advertise na maganda daw. And ung breakfast parang sa catering style. Haaay.

The staff aren't accommodating, the food aren't as tasty as what you will expect. The rooms are a bit scary I think it's older than my grandfather. I won't recommend this place.

Foods is tasty. Food attendant and staff are pleasant. The down side is the function room needs improvement.

I like the quiet place. The bed was clean and comfy. The toilet needs to improve though. Need to clean it well. The Jacuzzi looks old but still workig well. Reasonable price as I booked in Agoda. With nice swimming pool. Food and staff was nice to me. Definitely I will come back and recommend to my friends and family. Thank u so much.

Old hotel. No buffet breakfast. Few choices for breakfast. Not convenient for my work. But fortunately aircon is adjustable. Friendly staff. Great comfy beds. New towels and sheets. With refrigerator. Spacious room. Superior room is good for 4 people.

It's nice but we have no hot and cold bath in our room!

Our room had multiple technical malfunctions and the design of the room in general was poor. If you were to have a shower the whole room would soon be wet. If you were to inform them about a problem, they would just check the place and practically do nothing. The food that they served was below average and cost 250 pesos. The location isn't good if you're looking for shops, restaurants or if you're trying to see the Sinulog festival. I can say that this was my worst Hotel experience so far.

This place is not modern but has great and friendly staff.

Very old building. The atmosphere is so antique. This place needs a little vibrancy.

Creepy hallways and rats in the room! The place is quite old too and needs renovation.

Room is clean and the bed is comfy enough. Only one waiter in the restaurant, though, and not everything on the menu is available.

Food buffet are good. Staffs are friendly. I recommmend the massage parlor located downstairs :)

Poor services… Poor food quality… No banquet manager to supervise waiters Pantry not good… Delayed service of foods No available drinking water in the rooms.

Best place to go to grab some good cheap clean food after midnight… Or if you wanna have more drinks with friends when the bars and pubs closes.

This is a good hotel. The rooms are clean and very relaxing. :)

We had our honeymoon here and the place was warm and very cozy, just accurate for the event me and my husband celebrates. Love their large room, too bad the pool wasnt yet ready for visitors that time. We had very memorable moments and the sunrise — — I just sooo love staring at it on the little veranda.
