My wife and I stayed here because of a package deal we took advantage of during on of my visits to Cebu. The staff was nice and the initial room we got was okay at first. This is an older hotel and there is a lot of evidence of "adding on" to accommodate growth and additional features. A couple of days into our stay there was too much noise coming from the pool area near our room. The staff moved us to another room in a newer area of the hotel with no issues. Overall it was a good stay, but it is doubtful we would stay there again given the options available now.

It was great, the staff, view all of it. The whole experience was great! Highly recommended to try this activity at crown regency.

This review is purely about the fifties cafe on floor 19 of this hotel. My friends and I came here for food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. The views are great from the balcony also. But the smell of cigarette smoke hits you like a wall soon as you walk in. However they served us food that we thought would be fresh (And was relatively pricey), which was cold as if it came out of a fridge. When questioned, the staff said it was fresh and then later admitted it was frozen. They did accommodate us by cancelling the order. Would not recommend to be totally honest.

Although the hotel is a little distance from the city, but here is also a convenient, indoor facilities, there are city tour reservation service, very cheap.

Big rooms with huge beds. The view is amazing. Sea view or mountain view. Any of these. It's perfect.

It was ok! Wala nga lang bidet. And yung sa elevator nila nakakalito kasi may tower 1 and 2. You have to transfer elvators pa. Mabaho din sa tower 2. Amoy basura. Di nila naayos yung sa proper disposal. Pero yung services ng staff ok naman.

Hotel is Cebu City landmark building, as a veteran hotel, service attitude is very good, with gym, swimming pool, shooting hall and so on, but equipment achievements, there are room beds hidden a lot of bugs, will bite people to suck blood, lobby a bit messy, hotel outside the environment in general, cost-effective general.

I dont like the entire design of the Hotel/Residence. Untidy. Looks so old. Parking area so dusty… and one time. As we parked at b3. Sewerage stinks. So poor sanitation…

Honestly hindi po maganda ang hotel luma lahat ng gamit as in hindi worth ang binayad ko. Pati pintuan sira, ung cr ang dumi, ang elevator nastack at natrap kami ng 10mins kala namin dna kami makakalabas sobrang nkakatakot dahil nagbavibrate ung elevator habang nasa loob kami at nakakadisappoint. I am referring to CEBU BRANCH ung laging ina. Advertise na maganda daw. And ung breakfast parang sa catering style. Haaay.

Out first Room, the door knob is not working. We found this out after having the keycards reprogrammed, twice! Then they gave US another Room, when we went it the aircon is running but we dont have electricity! We have to call someone from the house keeping to turn on the breakers! Are you running a hotel or what?!

Stayed Tower 2, older building. Had to transfer rooms for usable but slow Wi-Fi and broken bath faucets. 2nd room a few doors down much better furnishings. Bizarre lift system, take one lift to top floor then another lift to our level 12… regular visitors to Philippines will probably know this is how things are done here.

Only visited but the room I saw was good. Very spacious. I understand the facilities are very good also.

Convenient hotel, good location esp. During Sinulog. This hotel also boast of sky walk and rides for adventure seekers. The rooms, though are old, the lobby, not lighted enough. I hope they start refurbishing this hotel so they can attract more guests. Such a waste of a very good place considering tourism boom in Cebu coupled with increasing competition.

Close to the city centre, near a lot of shopping malls and restaurants.
The hotel itself is a landmark of Cebu, with 38 floors of high-rise buildings overlooking the entire city of Cebu. Compared to other newly-built hotels, the facilities look old, but the accommodations are generally comfortable.

It is bontio, interesting, and the employed are very cheerful.

The hotel is such a big disappointment in terms of value for money. The services and amenities is definitely not a 4-star hotel level as they claim. I wonder if the hotel manager/supervisor ever checked the rooms to know what needs to be changed and improved. The airconditioner is too warm. There's not enough water pressure for the shower and the shower head is too low. We complained about having no warm water but when they fixed it, only hot burning water is coming out and you can't adjust it's desired temperature. It's either you have literally hot or cold water for shower. The bathroom is dirty and outdated. The staff seem to really not care and unmotivated. I will not recommend this hotel.

Far from a high class hotel with attention to detail. Curtains that don't open/close properly. Bed linen that doesn't fit the bed. Lamps/lights of different colour temperatures, and to finish it all off — a lamp that uses electricians tape to mask the bare mains flex where the switch was removed. Admittedly the room is spacious and has a fridge, safe, kettle, sofa and TV (unused so can't comment on channels). Aircon runs at a reasonable volume so isn't disturbing at night. Staff are very warm and friendly and there are ample facilities on site. Breakfast buffet is decent with an adequet variety — very much overshadowed by the offering at the Waterfront though — but still good value. Good access to the town, plenty of taxis available.

Rooms are not that fancy but are comfortable. What I love about the hotel is that it is strategically located near commercial establishments and it is complete with facilitirs. It has a gym with a lot of equipment. There are also pools, bar, cafe, and salon among others. The hotel is about 2 hours away from the airport due to the traffic in the city.

The hotel is a bit older. This is noticeable in every detail. The room furniture is battered. The air conditioning is heavily polluted. By dividing it into three towers it is very confusing at the beginning. You park your car in the underground garage and then you have to go on the ground floor to the other tower to take the elevator. The staff, however, is extremely friendly and helpful. Despite everything, I would not book here anymore because there are better offers in the city at a comparable price.

I would recommend this hotel. There is much to do and much to see. There is a very nice out door pool for all ages. Pleanty of places to eat. For the more adventurous type there is a sky walk at the top of the hotel along with a zip line and more. For the older customers there is a gun range a club and a casino. The only thing I would say I was not fully happy with was there was a mouldy shower curtain in the bath due to it been a bath and shower in one.

Awesome place to stay in Cebu! Right in the heart of it all. Close to everything and awesome views.

Overall nice central location in cebu city, fixtures/design of rooms a bit dated but otherwise ok! vagrants outside bec this is cebu's main road just be careful slinging your valuables out.

Good location, service is very slow, the upper floors also do not have hot water. If you don't have to change the other rooms, you'll be full.

It a shooting range at Downstair B1, it's something you won's t see in a regular hotel resort. 3rd Floor has a small casino w/7~8 tables playing Blackjack n Baccarat. There is a range on the ground floor of the hotel, which is a facility not available in the General hotel. On the other 3 floor there is a small casino with a 7~8 table to play baccarat and 21 o ' clock.

Our first 2 days in Cebu we made terrible mistake of booking executive suite at Crown Regency Hotel and Towers Cebu, Fuente Osmena. Please be assured there is nothing executive about this hotel. On second day of our stay we were in pool area, we requested 3 towels from pool staff lady. We were told though we had paid for 3 people to stay at hotel, we could only have 2 towels in pool area. I could not believe what I was told by pool attendant so I requested of her please could I see manager so they could maybe explain this most very strange situation of only allowing 2 towels per room even if you have paid for family, she refused to do this as we were extremly upset over this situation. We decided to leave the pool and checking out I asked at reception for a manager to discuss this very unreasonable policy of only allowing 2 towels in a pool area per room even if you have paid for 3 people to stay. The manager told me all I could do was fill out a suggestion slip that they would deal with later. I was not very happy with her response so I asked her to call someone of higher authority to check this situation again. The manager at reception told me she rang the General manager of the hotel and that he told her that yes this was the policy of hotel that even though you pay for family, you are only allowed 2 towels in pool per room. Please be aware this tall hotel has many shortcommings I will list just a few. Mould in showers.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul and remodel. Everything is worn out. The 19th floor which is the main entertainment access floor smells totally like a sewer pipe. And they just ignore it. All the pluming fixtures have been there long enough to loose all their chrome coating. The hotel exterior windows are not cleaned and the view which is great from the hotel is impeded. All of the entertainment is worn out. Childrens play place, the put put golf is left in a total disaster. Half The elevators are shut off half of the time and it takes You 15 minutes just to get to the ground. You have to transfer 2 elevators just to get too the floor even though there is a elevator that can take You all the way to the ground. But the staff turns it off and uses it for there own personal use so they can move up and down faster. But the customers are stuck using the two transfer elevators. Anyhow this used to be a wonderful. The most wonderful hotel in Cebu. But I will not be booking again until it is under new ownership or leadership that values customers! Totally remodeling needs to be done immediately. Crowne regency should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel!

First time in Cebu. I was disappointed to this hotel. I know that security is important. However, make sure to remind your security personnel that he is in a Hotel and Tourism Industry. When we walked-in, we don't even feel that we are welcomed. The security is just pointing the waiting area with a rude face and not even talking. Also, in their Sky Adventure, we got the package B for 12 pictures soft copy placed in a USB for 750php. When we got back to our new hotel to check the photos, the are corrupted. We were instructed to email the folder name and the date to the email address indicated. But until now, there were no replies yet.

The room we checked in was nice, I was just surprised that their TV is not even led and very small, they have bath tub but never had the chance to use it since it doesn't have lock. But one thing I liked was their services which is the very important. I will still love to go back their and try their edge coaster rides which one thing we missed when we were there!

My family hadn't tried the extreme adventures beyond the 19th floor, just the pool area. Anyway the rooms at Tower 2 looks dated as well as the other premises. The halls outside our room is dimly lit and unkept. I didn't like it when we have to ride the elevator thrice just to get on our floor from the basement. If we want to go straight to our floor we had to go to Tower 1 instead.

Rooms and amenities are not worth the price. I got the deluxe room on the 14th floor, you could hear the boiler turn on every few hours. -Room sounds like your in a ship near the engine room! -You need to run the shower 30mins to get it to warm up, just to WARM up! -only 2 small elevators serving the entire 1st tower including the activities for everyone at the top, so elevator wait is LONG! The view is great! You can see the port and SM sea side from my room. That's the only positive I could recall on my stay.

Excellent adrenaline (if you are scared of heights) activities on the roof. Enjoy a sky walk, side roller coaster track view of the city (at an angle) and finally a zip line. Great way to spend an afternoon and well worth the 1000 pesos for the triple pack.

Staff are great, the indoor pool is awesome but the room we stayed in is kinda dim…

It's nice but when it's morning and you take off the curtains when you the roundabout road or the plaza, IT'S SO BRIGHT.

Love the place but hate the Wi-Fi connection here. Yes, it's fast but it disconnects everytime.

Place is a bit dated and not as well maintained as I would like. The elevator can be congested at times. The staff are very accommodating. Do the Skywalk! Not very good value for money though.

The rooms were old and badly maintained. You could smell the mustiness throughout. Also they have a very very slow and inconvenient elevator and you may have to keep switching elevators depending on the floor or time of day. Even the entrance is unpleasant as it's hard to get to by walking. There are plenty of better and cheaper places in cebu city.

I wonder why most people I talked to in cebu is so proud of this hotel when they shouldn't be. Yes, they have unique attractions, but it is still a hotel. Staying here for 4 days is like a punishment. Water heater is not working, they said the pump is down and can't operate for few days. The shower's weird too. It has this plastic wrapped around the knob that makes the water go everywhere. Wifi? Don't stay here if imternet connection is important to you. It disconnects most of the time. You spend more time reconnecting than using it. Most cable channels are not available too. They should stop being a hotel. Just be a casino, restaurant, or adventure attraction. I hope the hotel closes soon so others can't waste their money on it like we did. We raised all our concerns but nothing is done. No compliments or refunds too. Do not stay in this hotel. Ever.

I want to give it zero stars. Horrible! Only good thing was the Skywalk. Worst smell in the lobby for time were stayed. Bathroom sink was leaking water and dirty. We had a confirmation code and email, but told us we had no reservation for hours. The TV remotes didn't work one was taped together, evidently someone broke it in half. One person at the front desk was miserable b@$%& very nasty to us. Continued to get directed to wrong place for the dinner in the hotel in one evening. Wanted to charge us for extra towels in a room with leaking water.

This hotel is garbage. The rooms are dirty and the bed linens are blatantly stained. The staff is friendly but that wont stop the seedy filth. The elevators has a silly schedule for what time it works on what days and you have to wait forever. I dont know cebu or its hitels but I know that this is not a hotel I would dare get into a pool in, based on general atmosphere. Lumpy stained pillows… And there are other hotels with the same price around.

Edge coaster & skywalk! Try it.

I stayed at the Crown Regency in Cebu City, Philippines, Sept 12 — 20, 2014. The hotel appealed to me for several reasons. It is located approximately 9.3 Km from the Machtan-Cebu International Airport, a convenience that is particularly appreciated after a long, international flight. Also, I've traveled around Asia during the rainy season and I've learned to find hotels that can provide food, a pool and a glass of wine if the weather turns nasty. According to the website, the Crown Regency had enough entertainment to keep an entire family busy in a rain storm. I was told by a staff person that the hotel is about ten years old. As you navigate through the three towers you can see hints of the original vision for a high-end, prestigious hotel with airport access. Unfortunately, poor management, lack of maintenance and high traffic keeps the Crown Regency from reaching that vision. Let's start with poor customer service before the visit. After making my reservation through my timeshare exchange I spent two months attempting to reach staff at the hotel in order to confirm my reservation and ask a few questions. I started with the telephone. The person that I needed to speak with was always unavailable. I tried leaving three messages and never received a return call. I then switched to a generic email that I found on the website. Still no reply. As a last resort I wrote a letter using my company's letterhead and addressed it to the general manager.

I would like to know who stole my credit card information and stayed here november 8 and 9. As this hotel has no concern how they get paid.

Was here sep 22 — 26, 2014 and nov 9 — 14, 2014. Roll out training and seminar regarding KC-NCDDP sub-projects.

If there is a to-be-avoided list of hotels, this one can be on the top. 1) checkin very slow, staff are either rude or stupid 2) always need to wait in queue for lift 3) key cards are failing now and then 4) only 2 shower towels and 2 hand towels, plus very minimum toiletries 5) only provide 1 roll of toilet paper 6) shower water need to take about 20 minutes to get warm 7) aircon stops by itself in the middle of the night 8) no power sockets to charge my phone! WTF 9) very smelly bed cover, bed is wet 10) pillows are so dirty, we have to wrap them with our dirty clothes 11) no minibar in room 12) after sleeping in the bed for a night, we had a lot of rashes all over 13) Wi-Fi only allow 1 device per room, no LAN port 14) Wi-Fi getting cut off every 5 minutes 16) window curtain stuck and can't close properly Cheap is not everything. 70$ could be spent in a much wiser way. This is the first time and last time we stay in this hotel, and we will do our best to broadcast to our friends and colleagues.

Great hotel only in cebu with this kind of adventure and facilities, no one in the world offer this style. Its a patent for a place like cebu.

This is probably the WORST Hotel in Cebu : 1) Lobby too crowded 2) Value for Money is far much less than the Service 3) Elevators always full. Average turnaround 5-10mins 4) Breakfast NOT included 5) Worst of all 4 of my Best Lacoste shirts were ransacked by RATS inside my open luggage. Goes to show how filthy the rooms are RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 10.

Stayed here for over 50 days, tallest tower in Cebu. I am a gym lover, this place has the best gym in Cebu. It has any equipment you need it also has 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. It has security guards everywhere and restaurants inside the hotel too. The towers are built very safe, this place took a 6.8 earthquake and the towers was just fine. Plenty of parking too and its free to hotel members. I ate at the hotel the first few nights before I started venturing out on my own. The best part of this hotel is the location! It is in the very heart of Cebu, and its walking distance to anything important. Besides if you didnt want to walk for 300 pesos a cab will take you to some nice beaches close by. The hotel rooms are bigger than most American rooms as well, the bathrooms are all marble with big tubs. Wi-Fi works in the rooms and its included, I was able to play online games from this internet. This hotel is perfect for a few weeks in Cebu, now my situation being here for almost 2 months, I would have been better off with a kitchen. However I got to try many restaurants around the city so I don't regret being here at all! If you stay here and have any questions, the staff is always happy to help. There is a starbucks in the main lobby and a McDonalds attached to its parking garage, so if you miss American food you will have no worries.

Everytime I'm in Cebu City, I really love to stay at Crown Regency Hotel, for it has an excellent quality; nice location, superb facilities, and very good service as well. I'm a proud Club Ultima member for its comprehensive and various freebies that a member could ever experienced, at a discounted rate. Whenever I stayed here, I always have fun dining at Wang Shan Lo's Chinese Cuisine, for its mouth-watering and very sumptous flavors and buffet presentation bringing oriental food to a new level, not to mention the boasts of its panoramic skyline view. I loved the Sky Experience Adventure also that almost all of my family members had to experienced a breath-taking and adrenaline rush feeling that reel us in and roll us into exhilarating rides and unforgettable memories that take us to the edge of our seats shouting as we ride to the world's first Edge Coaster, and make us enjoy every minute of the entire experience as we completed the Skywalk Extreme. I live the experience and really love the adventure.

I love this place. This place is AWESOME. Service? Good actually everything in it is great. I have heard that the Wi-Fi is not free even though availing services.
