The Best Hotel, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great accomodation! Their rooms are exactly like the photos they show (no false ads! ). Very clean amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast is also good! The resto serves delicious food too! Will surely book again and will recommend. Thank you Cebu-R Mabolo!

It was a good hotel we alltimes check in here since 2017 until this year and next year again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I like the service their foods and room service… I wish they will make a romantic restaurant for dinner for couple that will celebrate wedding anniversary. Birthday etc. Only this they don't have.

We had a great stay here at the hotel. Very spacious! Breakfast is quite good, okay for the price. All staff are very courteous, accomodating and helpful! 5 stars for this hotel!

Clean room great and helpful staff with complementary breakfast but not a buffet type very affordable hotel nice comfort room. down side slow Wi-Fi connection : (sad and no mobile signal inside the room poor signal.

Unfortunately the double room we booked was not available, due to smell of smoke. So we had to stay in a twin room. The service at the breakfast was very slow. It took an hour to get our food!

This budget hotel is clean and the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Wifi is available but dont expect much as internet speed in cebu is average. The doorman was really hardworking as well, he braved the rain to wave down a cab for us. (we tried Grab but there werent any drivers around during peak traffic hours. Breakfast was simple but efficiently fast.

The hotel was good. Clean, spacious and a really good bathroom. Staff was really helpful and they also had a decent gym. The view at the top was also good. Breakfast was okay. Nothing too spacial.

The place is great for an affordable price. I would recommend this place to anyone. The hotel staff are friendly. I will definitely visit this place again.

Everything has a price. You dont get to ask for water, it is not free. Have your food reheated, it would cost you a fortune. Worst customer service. Even the staff themselves dont agree with the pay-for-everything policy, they were disgusted too. Hate is not the right word, disgust is.

The staff were very friendly! The breakfast was ok. Serving was not that much but enough. They have hot and cold water in the shower. They gave complimentary bottled water, soap and shampoo with conditioner. They packed our breakfast of toast and jam on days when we left very early for our tour. Only negative experience we had was that our room with a window faced the concrete wall of the building so room without a view. But overall happy with the service.

Super value for the money. Rooms and services that you can only get in 5 hotels. Rooms are clean beds are big Wi-Fi is good food is great and staff are the best.

The staff is very polite and attentive to your needs. Friendly to your budget with decent rooms and breakfast. Will definetly book again. PS : The very cold welcome drinks are fantastic.

I almost loved it. However, staff sometimes specially when I order food for take out they end up not giving me what I ordered. They also prioritize rich looking people. I just wish they will stop discriminating looks.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful stuff. The rooms are clean and safe. It's not far to SM Cebu City, just 10 min walking.

Nice rooms. Good amenities. Weak Wi-Fi in rooms but fast in common areas. Breakfast food is good. They dont have a good cook in terms of skill.

Their service is very cool and their food also, so delicous specially the hotdog and the friend egg. I like their design in rooms… its because grey is my favorite color and it gives aesthetic vibe to tye place. I like their roof top… its a nice setting for taking pictures like the sunrise or sunsets (i love both of them)

We requested for an early check in at 8-9am, called the hotel night before to confirm if it's available, and the receptionist told us it is available. We also asked if it's possible to avail of our breakfast that morning instead of the next morning because we have an early check out at 3-4am, and they said it's also okay because breakfast is until 10am. But when we arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 am, it's unavailable. We have a 5-month old child with us. They also did not allow for us to avail of the breakfast that morning even if I explained that we have an early check out at 3-4am the next day. Until I demanded to let us avail of the breakfast that day since its already included in the payment. The receptionist said that we wait for the manager. The manager agreed, and that the room will be available in 30 minutes. So we proceeded to have our breakfast. After our breakfast, we went back to the reception area and they didn't even updated us about the room. My child was already crying because of dirty diaper, so I had to change his diaper at the CR on the reception area. Sadly, there's no diaper changer, and there's no exhaust! The worse part is that the manager and the receptionist just didn't bother about our needs, even if my baby was crying. Such very poor customer service. Even if the room we had was nice and comfy, still our experience was very very bad.

This place is proper for students who are staying in smeag. I want to recommend this place for some people who want to spend small money and staying clean facility!

My most fave budget hotel in Cebu (Mabolo Area) with consistent good service and clean rooms. Always a pleasure staying here.

Room is clean. Staff are accommodating. Not much facilities (no hair dryer & water heaters in the room). Location is in the inner streets, quite difficult to commute outside, but accessible by taxis. Good enough for a simple budget accommodation.

I am a frequent guest and I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. This is my home away from home. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. After a long day, I would rather relax and enjoy a meal in their dining area. Food is great in huge portions. Staff is courteous and always helpful. And the gym at the top floor completes my stay.
