Good morning, it was a jubilance stay. I stayed In room 1206 and I have to say my experience was awesome It’s all about the staff they were all caring and thoughtful. I appreciate all of them who I came in contact with it was a pleasure from Security who make sure the place is safe and I also those whom made sure I had clean towels room was clean and those who worked in the kitchen servers the people who prepared the meals thank you including the groundskeeper whom beautify the place that you can walk around with appreciation thank you for your awesome customer service.

I love the customer service and how spacious their poolside cottages are. We love the food too, a bit expensive but very reasonable given the ambience. We love the tranquility here. Perfect for weekend day use if you're from somewhere South. 💖

The place was relaxing, although they don’t have other activities aside from swimming in the pool. I like their idea of the cashless transaction and ordering food online was very easy. One thing that I was not happy is that the family occupying above our room, the kids kept on running around the room during night time and u can really hear their feet stomping on the floor since it was kinda wood type. But overall experience was good ❤️

Despite the chaos around the world, we found a safety haven to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. Kudos to the staffs for the very warm welcome and superb customer service. Highly recommended.

Only problem here is the rooms. Like containers piled up on top of one another. its hard to get some good sleep when you feel tremors from other guests' happy feet. rooms aint sound proof too, so not the best place to relax. dinner buffet at php528 is good
Wi-Fi is everywhere and fast breakfast buffet is ok, make sure you get argao sikwate ;) we reserved in advance and requested queen sized bed but got a room with 1 single bed and 1 double or queen sized bed that really is still a single bed. toilet bowl is so small.

Amazing place. Bridal suite is like our home away from home. Service is exemplary.

The room was very nice and quaint. However it has no phone so room service is not available so you have to walk to the reception where it also serves as their restaurant. The water heater was not working during our stay. The swimming pool is a bit far from the building where the rooms are and you have to take with you your room towels since the pool towels costs a hundred. There is also a corkage fee for drinks and food brought from outside. The pool is big enough and at a depth of four feet with a kiddie pool on the side. It also has an infinity setup so you’ll enjoy the view of the sea. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast buffet like the one in the hotel. Very limited option, around three mains and a soup. The “tapa” was made from the cheapest cuts, it was very chewy and very tough.

Me and my partner were there during their first day of the soft opening of the resort and they had a well-designed room, accommodating and friendly staff and delicious food selections (dinner and breakfast). They just need to improve their pool area as they need to install some cool big umbrellas or a shelter where guests can relax and enjoy the beach view especially during sunny hours and of course more food selections. We truly understand all of these as they're still on their soft opening but overall we had a GREAT STAY and will definitely go back here!
