Sedona Resort

This tiny resort is perfect for a small family gathering. It is very clean, rooms are nice, friendly staff, good food. We had a great time there. Thank you for making our stay memorable. The only decent place in Moalboal. I strongly recommend this place.

We only stayed here for 1 night, but didn’t have a good experience. We arrived in a room that didn't seem to have been cleaned. The shower room + carpet were completely wet, there were stains on the floor, and there was a nail on the edge of the bed. In addition, the beds were not completely made and they had forgotten to put down a blanket and the air conditioning was leaking. The staff was friendly, and after my complaint they turned off the air conditioning and turned on a fan, but ignored the other complaints. However, the hotel was in a quiet area (close to city center) and we were allowed to leave our suitcases in the lobby for free when we had to check out and still went scuba diving.

Location — walking distance or a very short shuttle ride to nice restaurants within the area.
Staff — it’s a small bed and breakfast and we would like to thank them for being attentive, friendly, helpful and always willing to serve the guests.
What ruined the stay for us — loud chickens and dogs very early in the morning disrupted our sleep, if you have tolerance on this noise, it’s ok for you, for me I slept with earplugs and my ears hurt for 5 days of stay.
Bathroom — where we stayed needed a replacement of our sliding door, it’s very old, it’s broken and it’s in many occasions was removed from the attachment every time we slide the door. Must check all the rooms bathroom doors to ensure guests are not to have unnecessary bad feedback.
It’s a cute homey bed and breakfast and with the staff they have, we still left the property with big thank you to the all the staff.

Great stay. The room with the terrace was really comfortable. They offer a shuttle to and from the resort in the dark which was advantage. Also, we had our laundry cleaned there ahead of travelling back and they helped arrange a car transfer to Cebu airport for us too. Would recommend this place.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms are big and charmingly decorated. From our room we had a beautiful view of the sunset over the sea. There is a terrace and the pool. The breakfast was delicious. The staffs were very nice and always helpful.

Even though we only stayed one day, we really enjoyed our time here. The staff was very helpful regarding all the different questions we had. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They have a neat clean pool & rooftop area and also breakfast and cocktails were delish. Unfortunately the road and area around the resort is very run down but the positive aspect is, that it is not far to the beach.

Perfect stay! Staff were very helpful! The breakfast was SO good. My room was quiet and overlooked the pool. They held my luggage for me safely. They also offer free shuttle at night to and from the main strip in Moalboal.

I find it quite interesting that the reviews are either very bad or very good. It is after all a matter of opinion. However, how can you blame the sound of the wind or the crowing of roosters as well as the barking of dogs and use that to put in a negative review? These are all the sounds of nature that no one has an influence on, and the things that make your experience unique.
As far as the property is concerned, I think it is one of the best places to stay in the area. The location is central but still nestled away so that you have your peace and quiet and not be bothered with the hustle bustle of the surrounding area.
The grounds are well cared for. The garden like entrance was very clean and they took good care of the plants. The swimming pool was also kept clean.
We were four adults in a room. It was big enough for all of us. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was complimentary water, coffee, and tea. I only wish that the extra bed that was a pullout bed had better mattresses. It was relatively hard and uncomfortable for my children. But the staff did what they could to accommodate our requests, such as extra pillows and blankets.
Everyone in the staff was very helpful. As mentioned they accommodated all of our requests. They were all very friendly.
We also had breakfast here, which was all reasonably priced as well as delicious. The fruit shakes, and snacks that we had were also very good.
