Views are great, food is below boracay average.

The view is very nice the food not so much, the dishes served didnt correspond with what the menu said…

Stayed here for 3 nights, so this review is both for the resort and restaurant. First the negatives: the resort is visibly quite old and outdated. Paint on the walls are tacky, furniture feels cheap and interior decor overall lacks elegance. Drainage problems in the toilet. Towels and bath robes are visibly old, many have stains on them. Onto the positives: Views are great from the room, having jacuzzi in the balcony is also special. Staff is accommodating and responsive. There’s a shuttle that picks up and drops off for free. Food in the restaurant is also great as other reviews have mentioned. We had breakfast 3 times, lunch once, and dinner once at the restaurant and were pleased each time. Location is away from the business of the other stations. What you get at this hotel is reasonable for the price.

Great place for meal. Having a stunning beach.

Great views for sunset. If you are not staying at the hotel then a cover charge applies. They got cliff jumping as well which is great. The beach next to it is ok. On weekends it gets crowded with locals, very nice people though. Staff was good. Again, you go there for the views.

The best meal we had in Boracay, in hindsight this place would be even better for lunch with the view. In our case great food with peace and quiet.

Went to have lunch. Really good menu and reasonable prices (higher than average in boracay). View is amazing and service really good.

May 22, 2016: Very nice hotel situated on a hill overlooking Diniwid Beach just outside Zone Nice welcome drink. We had a room which afforded a beautiful view of the beach and bay area. Had a nice restaurant area overlooking beach with good to great food. First class rooms, first class service. Free Wi-Fi with flatscreen TV. Whirlpool tub on balcony overlooking bay. Sun deck at base of hotel with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The concierge arranged some activities for us such as sailing for 1, 000 Pesos, 3 hour outrigger boat and snorkling for 2, 000 Pesos. Hotel also arranged porters to carry our luggage down and full transport back to the boat jetty for an exclusive boat back to Caticlan, then transport to the airport. 1.17 hours total hotel to airport. PROBLEMS: About 30 minutes from boat jetty by tricycle on opposite end of island. Tricycle leaves one off at the end of street then its a 30 — 35 yard walk to the beach. From there, its a 70 — 80 yard walk to the bottom base of the hotel. Then, its up 20 — 25 steps to an elevator platform. Once in the elevator, outdoors and a bit rickety, its about the equivalent of 8 — 9 floors up. The elevator opens up to the hotel foyer and restaurant. Following check-in, its another 12 — 13 steps up to the room. Hotel has no beach access. Sun deck was being renovated at time of our visit with only 2 umbrellas and limited seating. Must hire porters at the beach to carry suit cases. Cost would be about PhP 100 pesos.

Nice place to stay. Very romantic and personal butler. Take care with the stairs… if you are drunk ;-)

Service, staff, room view, Jacuzzi on the balcony. Very nice stay. Transfer from and to airport and also if you need something, too, about atut. In the price included.

We were delighted with this hotel. Recommended to all. All very tasty, varied food. Friendly staff, especially the one who served us, his name is Ralph. A very nice young man. He got us some unforgettable fantastic, romantic evening with dinner right in our room. Don't know about other rooms, we had a see view suite. I especially remember our last dinner in this fantastic place. It was gorgeous. Loved how we were greeted at the hotel. It was all very wonderful overall. We did not have much to ask, for example water bottles. The staff saw that we went to the beach and immediately gave us water. Umbrellas and place them under reserved for us in advance. Sorry did not ask his name. All performed well and quickly. Free taxi in as much as you want and wherever you want. Came exactly at the appointed time. While this is our best holiday. Well done guys. Keep it up. About the service: generally happy, but could be better.

Blissful… the view from the room is awesome. The food is great too. Room facilities could have been better but everything else overshadows that. The approach to the room including the wooden elevator is quite exotic. The internet quality in the room is very good too.

A terrible experience in the irresponsible resort! To whom would like to stay in Nami resort, please take a deep consideration of it, it’s because your personal properties might be stolen during your stay, and this is really what happened to me. My black iPhone 4 with wooden cover was stolen in Nami resort on the 1st or 2nd of March. It was supposed to be a wonderful stay at NAMI during my Boracay holiday, but my personal belonging was missing from my room No. 6! This is the worst situation to be in but I highly suspect that it was one of resort’s employees who stole my cellphone. My phone was taken from my backpack as I have never taken it out during my stay; later I found it missing the day prior to my departure. After I reported the theft incident; in addition, the manager of housekeeping confessed to me that many instances of thieves stealing money at this hotel. Why is it that supposedly the best hotel in Boracay does not even have safety boxes in their rooms or surveillance cameras in the public area even the lobby and hallways? Such lack of protective measures only encourages convenient stealing! What is more, I have to claim that no one informed me about "the safety deposit boxes in the front office" at any time while I was at the resort. It was me who asked the receptionist whether she could help me secure my passport at the front desk, otherwise who knows what would have happened to it.
