This is our first day in this hotel and I must say that the service is superb! Good food and ambiance. Super nice and clean rooms with everything you need, highly recommended! :) Definitely a happy customer!

We had a wonderful time at the Boracay Mandarin Resort. Amazing white-sand beach and crystal clear blue water! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a vacation in boracay. They allowed us early check-in @ 10:30am. The staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. While our room was extra clean and spacious. We were very impressed! Thank you❤️

What I love most about this hotel, aside from its great location, is the staff. Why, they are all so courteous and friendly! Especially a certain Mr Israel, who, upon my checking in, hungry and looking for affordable lunch, facilitated my senior citizen-discounted buffet lunch. I’ll definitely be back next year to celebrate my birthday here.

Our first night. So far so good. Just a little miscommunication with Caticlan terminal staff. Mandarin Island staff were so helpful and friendly. The resto was good and fantastic band playing whilst having dinner. few more days to go. More power to you!

Warm, Comfortable, Unpretentious and Welcoming! Yacht ride to the Island was a delightful surprise! Great music in the afternoons and nighttimes. Delicious buffet. Pizza and pasta dishes are it! A1 Customer Service. Better than any Hennan Hotels. Totally recommended for families!

Our vacation wouldn't be complete without this beautiful accomodation. The owner is very nice and all the staffs are very approachable. This place really leave me speechless at first sight, the rooms were great, the amenities were great, and the food is phenomenal. If you have time you should try visiting their spa; it will really help you relax after a long tiring day of exploring the beautiful island of Boracay. I strongly recommend this hotel, overall experience is great 💯!

My family and I stayed in Boracay Mandarin for over a week and in all of our days in the hotel, we felt nothing short of pampered and well-taken cared of. Ms. Lily Po was very attentive and her staff was just extremely well-trained — punctual, prompt, efficient, and attentive. The rooms were topnotch. The toilet and bath clean. The food at their resto was just divine. I cannot wait to visit the island again and to book with the same hotel in the future. Kudos to the whole Boracay Mandarin team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel not just because of it's excellent accommodation but because of the warm hospitality of it's staff and it's GM Madam Lily Po. Just to let everybody know. We were originally booked to another hotel and last minute before our flight. The agency we booked our hotel with called me to say that we were transferred to another hotel on our first day because there were a surge of guests in the hotel where we were originally booked. At first, it was very disappointing but when we got to Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel where we were transferred, everything changed. I met Madam Lily Po their GM. She was very welcoming and warm. During our stay with them on our first day in Bora I must say that we were treated as VIPs. We were so delighted and happy with the rooms and services they gave us. Unfortunately, our flight back to Manila was cancelled so we have to find another hotel where we can stay in. So instead of looking for another hotel, we went back to Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel to stay for another night and we were given the same treatment like on our first day. If only we can give 100 stars for rating, we will be generously giving that. To all the staffs and crew of Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel thank you for your warm welcome and 100% awesome service. To Madam Lily Po, Maraming maraming salamat po sa napakagandang service at sobrang bait nyo po sa amin. So motherly.

We have a great experience with Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel. From transport to hotel (Vice Versa). Thank you so much Ma'am Lily for accommodating us together with the rest of your team/staff. Very attentive and always checking on us from time to time to make sure we are good. The food is very delicious. The room is neat and clean. Great view and great spot. Overall, 5 out of 5 for me. Will definitely come back again this summer since we just stay for a night before going back to Manila. Good job and see you soon again! ❤️❤️❤️

5 stars, could have gone up twice. Never expected the place to feel so pristine, in a spot where it doesn't even stand out much. The deluxe rooms are neat and set-up like a presidential suite in some boutique hotels in MNL, the pool's always cleaned every night at 6pm. The food in their Italian restaurant, Don Vito, makes one of the best pizzas in the island. The service is top-notch too! The price is affordable too, just have to book early. For a first-timer in Boracay, this place is highly recommended! 😎🍻

Lumayan sarapan pagi yg enak.

Small, bad internet, not really that clean. In a hard to find, dirty, stinky alley you have to try and get your suitcase down.

Nice place less in crowded people.
