A terrible experience with its people from Diosa Residencia who we rob, threaten and insult its people should never be able to have the right to have a hotel and be said to take care of customers are scammers who make false contract by a rotten lawyers who are not valid because not registered at the town hall of Siquijor and they employ people without declaring them. We signed a one year contract with them because we wanted to open a diving school in their hotel 2 months after they started to put a huge pile of soil on the ground of the house that we rent then they they stopped taking care of the garden, then they tried to sow confusion in our group by inventing stories, then they stole our wood which we had to buy to build on their land its cost us 200, 000 pesos. When we asked them where our wood was, the owner insulted and threatened us both physically and verbally so we lost all the money invested in this hotel being 200, 000 pesos for the construction of our school plus the deposit which was in the contract. I hate its people and they are people like that who give a bad image of a country and an islands. We learned later that his people were not fond of people in the area.
