Good marketing on social media but very poor service overall. Bathroom always smells like sewage. The room was also dusty when we arrived, made me question if they even cleaned the room at all. Breakfast was the worst part, we had to wait 30mins+ just to get our food.

If you are looking for a budget/affordable/cut-price accomodation and tour packages Milangrace is the one for you. Your room can be small/tight but they have cool cozy interiors and thoughtful amenities (rooftop cafe, bed and breakfast, clean bath). Hotel receptionist and staff and van driver were warm and welcoming. I love the free coffee and water anytime. Service is overall good and lovely. Tour guides are no doubt the best, funny and friendly. Not to mention the port and the beach front is just a walk away. Food served is also a plus! We stayed for 6 days for only 21k 3pax (great deal! )

Very disapppinted and dissatisfied with their services, especially on how they relate to their guests… Our complaints reached the management, and so they reached out to us to settle the matter and be enlightened as well. After the very long, detailed narration of events that happened during our stay at Milan Grace over phone call, Ms. Sophie (one of the staff) assured us that they would discuss the matter over management meeting and would immediately give feedback to us, but until now, there still has been no update/feedback from Milan Grace.

Our stay in El Nido became more memorable and fun… kudos to the team of Sir TJ, Ms. Maica and the rest of their staff. They felt like new found friends in a place far from our hometown. Hubby and I will surely return to your Hotel. Glad we choose your Hotel. Solid! ❤💯

Stayed for 4D3N Dec 13-16 2021 First Trip as newly wed couple. Good ambiance/views Clean room, Free breakfast coffee/water, and most importantly very affordable. Staffs were willing to assist and smiling while we were around. They made us feel comfortable. For first timer like us it was a great experience for me and my husband. We had a great time!

Great value for money! Had an excellent stay here, for 5D4N with my mom. Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected. Plus, GREAT LOCATION for your tours, walking distance to the port. Had to cut our trip short to attend an urgent matter, and management couldn't refund that one night (which I understand and was well written on the hotel voucher — I just hoped, at least I tried lol) Lo and behold, the management compromised and gave me a wooden turtle with "El Nido" engraved on it upon check out for free. FO also added a turtle magnet. Room was decent enough, not big, not small, but doesn't matter since you'll be out most of the time. We just wait inside our rooms til we get called by a staff when our tour guide arrives. Our stay comes with a breakfast which was reasonable enough for its price. Not to mention the lovely view you have every morning, sipping that warm coffee you yourself could customize. Highly recommend this place if youre visiting El Nido.

Stayed for 4D3N (Dec 2-5, 2021) Good ambiance/views (you have options to see it from the roof or outside), Clean room, Free coffee/water, and most importantly very affordable. Staffs were quick to respond accordingly with concerns and a like, smiling while we were around and on top of those? They werent killing the joy and made us feel comfortable while drinking by the bay, laughing and staying there til dawn! For the first timer like were, everything went according to plan and it was a great experience for me and my cousins! 🥳👏👏👏

Thank you MilanGrace for the warm welcome in our 7-day stay at El Nido! Kudos to the friendly and accommodating staffs of Milan! They were very helpful to us especially when we address our concerns. The staffs were very nice and generous. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was great, our room was clean, and the location has a perfect view. Rooms were budget friendly. Location is very convenient since it's in the middle of the town — very close to different establishments (sari-sari stores, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, banks). It is also close to the shore so it was easy for us when we had our tour/island hopping. Water pressure in our bathroom wasn't that good. Low signal for Globe but they have Wi-Fi access in Lobby area. Breakfast was good but guests have no options. We encountered some issue in the management. I just hope whoever handles this Inn would treat and talk to their guest/s with respect. Never argue with the guests and take responsibility for the problem. Still, thank you Milan for being part of our trip! Will surely recommend this inn! Edit: Our refund took a month after thousands of follow up. Lol.

Never pick this place as a place to stay in el nido. They are not friendly and they are very unprofessional.

Worst hotel we’ve ever Stayed broken showers. Late airport transfer, breakfast food is. Bed is like a rock. Everything is unorganized never ever recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! So upon arrival we were barely acknowledged by the man at reception who seemed surprised that we had a booking. After several phone calls and providing evidence of the confirmation we were shown to our room. Although we’d booked the best room; a grand deluxe double, the room was tiny with a double bed pushed up against the wall and it smelled poorly. The bathroom was tiny too with barely enough room to get past the toilet and the shower used the same space. There was no bedding other than a double bed sheet and one of the bathroom towels had a big hole in it. We were so surprised by the room that we checked whether we’d been given the correct room as there was nothing grand or deluxe about it. As it was late and we’d been travelling we decided to stay and hope it got better in the morning. In fact things got a lot worse when we were woken at 6am by the very loud noise of furniture scraping across a floor. Initially we thought it was somebody checking out in a room next door but it kept going on and on and it later turned out to be the breakfast room directly above us and it was very loud. When I could take it no more I gave in and at 6.30am decided to go for breakfast. Breakfast was a shambles; none of the tables were laid, no menus, I sat there for 10 minutes, didn’t see any staff and was completely ignored so got up and left to have breakfast elsewhere.

Highly Recommended! Always a block buster for bugetarian travellers and other kind of tourist. Outstanding service and good amenities.

Very. Clean rooms, not big but can fit a family of three, Air condition is enough for us to relax and sleep well. Good job Milangrace Inn @ El Nido Palawan.

Standard room is small, but understandable for its price php 1, 350 per night. Our room is clean and staffs are friendly. But our trip ended on a bad note. Due to unforeseen reasons, I had to leave a day earlier. They changed my transpo arrangement from van to trike (since I'm leaving from El Nido Airport). I opted not to refund my 1 night stay. My BF had to travel that same night to PPS because apparently the first trip to PPS is at 5am. He has to be in PPS by 10am for his flight. Note that we sent our flight details prior booking so they could have at least advised us regarding this before booking our van. Cielo informed my Bf that he already booked their affiliate hotel in PPS for that night. So akala ko OK na. My BF arrived at the said hotel at around 11pm only to find that he was not booked. Imagine the hassle and stress my BF had to go through in an unfamiliar place with nowhere to stay. So ayun, kawawa BF ko na naghahanap ng matutulugan. Until now was pa reply ni Cielo regarding dito. P. S. According sa receptionist, this was not the first time this had happened.

We stayed in room 6. Their toilet is so small and there are cockroaches. The aircon is too noisy as well. Breakfast is serve at 7am but if you ask them to serve it earlier, there's an addtnl 80 pesos fee per person.

Clean, good food in the restaurant, filtered water, good value, and very helpful — friendly — caring staff and owner who helped our group of 13 people.

The inn has nice views (sunrise and sunset at that). The deluxe quadruple room that we stayed in is quite small for a group of 4. Not much room to move with. Also not much space for the bags/things. By the way, we paid for their package: includes the round-trip van to El Nido and back to Puerto Princesa, the rooms for 2 nights. They also included Island Tour A in the package. The concierge is also not that helpful and pleasant to the guests. They also have someone who coordin…ates the guests for the island hopping tours. What the coordinator did what brought us to the shore, had us write down our names then left us fending for ourselves. We were the ones who literally tried to locate our own boat. No assistance from the coordinator. By the way, we paid for a package that included the island hopping tour. The 2 breakfasts served to us were superb though. Overflowing coffee and water! I would recommend Milangrace Inn El Nido because the views are fantastic. The location is very near the shore, lined with a number of bar and restaurants.

I loved this inn. It made our stay in El Nido perfect. My bestfriend and I really liked their room and services. At first we had the Double Deluxe, but as it happens they were painting the corridor leading to our room and we were both asthmatic. We then requested to be transferred and was offered a room with a balcony at an additional price, but we were all for it! Coordination to their management prior to our trip was really very efficient and they even sent us a travel itinerary with our booking confirmation. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They have generator in times of brown-outs. I would recommend this to anyone who wants great facilities and services at a lesser cost.

We (4 pax) stayed at Milangrace Inn for approximately 3D2N and it was aweeeeesome. The friendly staff (led by Sherwin) made sure we enjoy hassle-free El Nido experience by providing below package:
1.3D2N stay at Milangrace Inn (free bfast)
2. Island Hopping Tour A
3. Van transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido and vice versa
4. Overnight stay (3rd night) at a hotel in Puerto Princesa in preparation for our flight the next day…
All these at a very reasonable price! There were not much restrictions inside the Inn. You can stay at the rooftop for as long as you want to, after a tiring Island Hopping day. Another thing great about this was that we got to choose to have a free day to explore the town instead of having a 2nd Island Hopping Tour. It was good to roam around with nothing to worry about. This inn is highly recommended.

My son and I stayed in Milan Grace in for 4D3N. The staff lead by She were very friendly, polite and accomodating. Daily breakfast was served on the roofdeck overlooking the beach. Great location. Malapit sa lahat. Maliit lng ang T&B but it didn't matter to us as long as malakas ang tubig.

The staff are nice easy to approach, well prepared and balance breakfast, lots of store with cheap price around the Inn, water source is ok for personal hygiene. When we arrived at MilanGrace they gave us a 1 queen size bed and an extra bed (take note: there are 3 of us) we reserved a 2 double deck instead they give us a small room with a AC that won't give you a chill, I approach them on the next day if they have a vacant room with working AC and with 3 Bedroom instead of double deck. They immediately clean the vacant room so we can move in. take note: when you're in el nido don't drink the water same with the ice given to you in any restaurant instead by a bottle water.

Affordable and nice accomodation.

We just checked the "deluxe room for 2" Personally, before doing an agoda booking. Nothing of 25sqm is true. This is about 12-15sqm incl bathroom. Absolutly impossible to unpack 2 suitcases. If you know that before, it's not a problem. But so it's almost fraud!

Its a good place to stay if youre planning in taking the island tours, its the nearest location to the way to the boats for the tours.

We were expecting bigger rooms instead we were offered room for 1 person. Considering we booked in advance for 3 person. And we were checked out a bit earlier to cater other guest. If I can rate — 1 for this inn the better, really bad experience. Total rip off.

Staff were accommodating including the owners.
Tours were properly coordinated and very satisfying.
Prices on the souvenir shop were reasonable.

Firstly booked in Standard rm 6 by our travel agent, issues were which we didnt complain at the time after arriving at 11pm from PPS: (Standard rooms are in the back of the hotel — maybe it was their old inn)
— cockroaches in the bathroom nung nag CR ako ng 2am and when I asked our friend na nasa ibang room, she also saw one in hers.
— too noisy aircon and sometimes they turn it off
— the bathroom is so tiny (around 1.5mx1.5m) sink, toilet and shower together. Barely fit a li…ving person. Shower head is old and not working (shower is next to the wooden door, infront of sink — no wonder the bathroom is in very poor condition)
— no hot water, no TV
— very slow Wi-Fi to none
— apparently paid for 1, 200 pesos for this room a night When complaint about it in the morning, the staff was quiet and barely said a word. When I asked who’s their manager and they said, they’re in Manila but when we came at night after the tour, they were outside of the hotel. The staff said, they’ll ask the manager and when they came back, they said they can offer the deluxe room for another 800 pesos a night.
Our tour guide told us that due to the typhoon, we’re gunna be staying in el nido for a day or two so we decided to atleast upgrade to their “deluxe room” which was 2000 pesos a night.
Room newer, with better amenities (might as well watch TV while we are stuck). Bathroom still same size with no hot water again.

We were supposed be on a standard room but unfortunately we were placed on a budgeted room of some sort. We are in a group of three so we expect that the towels and blanket would also be three pieces but for Pete's sake they are charging us 50 pesos per piece when I asked for a towel and a blanket because we only have two. Their staff are too lazy when I asked for a glass they told me " sa 3rd floor po kuha kayo" duh? They DO NOT have internet service the entire time we're there (4 days). And on our check out day (early check out) 6am because we will be heading to Coron via Montenegro lines, we asked if we can have our breakfast earlier that usual, the blatantly said " 80pesos each po ang early breakfast" until now, I don't see the logic. What a rip off policy. Poor service and useless, incompetent amenities. I regret our stay in this Inn every single day. Very horrible.

Clean and comfortable rooms and overall great service from the very accomodating staff. There are frequent power interruptions in El Nido but they have their own power generators.

Place is cheap but not so comfortable. Good choice for backpackers looking for budget rooms to spend the night in. Rooms are quite small.

Most of the rooms were still under construction, there was no signal (SMART) or Wi-Fi in the room but the staff was nice and the service was perfect.

Kind staff and nice accommodation! We were checked out at noon and they allowed us to take shower in their common cr. We are thankful for that :)

Staying in Milan Grace was a comfortable experience. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean but there was no hot shower and it looked as if neighbor's roaster was assigned to awake us all night. But on the whole it was Ok. We got special discount for island hopping tour and we only paid P 800/ — each for the tour instead of P 1200. Milan Grace is conveniently located near the beach and bazaar and the pier just behind the hotel.
