Very, very bad! The room is small, dark and damp, a lot of small bugs, windows facing the corridor, the taste is very bad, the mattress is a sponge, the bed is very old. Small street noise is very loud, the boss is not a local, very fierce black strong man, attitude is also very bad, no service, only the boss and a cleaning person. The boss also threatened not to receive Chinese, too much! Very, very bad!, the room is sio, dark and humid, a lot of bugs, windows facing the corridor, the taste is poor, the mattress is a spon ge, bedding is very old. Small street noise, the boss is not a locals, the black male, the black male, the attitude is very bad, no service, only the boss and a cle an-up people. It was a nice stay here in El Nido. Ashok and his family helped us a lot to book tour and find some tasty cuisine. We're 6pax from Germany and if we stay a second time here in El Nido, Ashok Homestay will be our first accomodation! PS: Thx Ashok, may be I'll see you in india anytime.

Decent accommodation in the heart of the city. There is Wi-Fi in the common areas which is useful. The room came with AC and a ceiling fan, as well as a private bathroom. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were also provided, which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Ashok also helped us arrange travel to the airport.

I didn't get to stay: we were offered what appeared to be a room under the stairs with no windows at a regular (high) price for the island's standards. The staff was definitely not welcoming and there was another old couple (of Filipinos) complaining about a similar thing. The place is immaculate and nice, you can tell it's a good place but pricey and, at least in my experience, they are over their head.

Loved the place and its very affordable — worth the price gyud sya. Within the town proper. The staff and management were so friendly and accomodating. Will definitely go back to this place…

In short my stay has been absolutely amazing. Ashok is an amazing host. So helpful and kind hearted. I am still currently at Ashok homestay. Don't forget to try his home made tea. Just ask him. So close to everything and clean rooms plus quite area. But only 2 blocks from all the bars.

Ashok is a great guy. Has a very nice hotel, in a great location. Air conditioning and fan in room. Hot and cold shower. Towel and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). Generator for when the power goes out. Common use fridge and freezer. Great host. Definitely would come back.

Great price and surprisingly nice for the price. Staff is very helpful. Free coffee and tea available in smoking area. Only gripe is Wi-Fi is only in smoking area and lobby. Also sometimes didnt have hot water.

Hi guys! I stayed 5 nights there and it was just lovely ashok and his family were very welcoming and alway up to help! The rooms are clean and spacious with air con and fan… The coffee area is a nice place to share with the other guest or just spend time discussing with the owners! I really felt like being part of the family.

This hotel is situated in a little busy street contrary to many and the budget to sleep is there very reasonable. Beyond the hotel what really pleased us it is the way we were received, ashok is very kind and his (her, its) meeting as well as that of certain inhabitants of the street made us travel even farther. Our purpose when we travel being to get acquainted with premises (places) we were not disappointed in Filipinos quite the opposite.
