I give this lodge a five star. I love the interior design with finishings made of local oak wood carvings. The staff are both friendly and efficient. The rooms are ultra clean.

6 of us have stayed here and the customer service was the best! they made sure our needs were met and the staff were really nice, the management did a good job at this.

Nice place and accommodating staff…

My bnb in coron. I stay there everytime I visit Coron. The staff are very accomodating. The place is clean and comfy. And yes, it is just near town proper.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. They helped us book our tours and made sure we get a good deal. The rooms are clean and very well secured. If you are looking for a value for money hotel this is the best choice in coron.

I booked a room in luis bay lounge for aug 29. Tried calling several times to cancel or change my reservation. I was advised by booking site representatives that they cant get hold of the person in charge of the reservation changes. So I reached out to the hotel directly. Was able to talk to a lady at the hotel reception and was advised of the same thing. That the person who"s in charge is not there. She gave me a number to text (cannot accept call as all calls are diverted to them). So I texted the number requested for a quick call. I missed his call and he never called again. I messaged him and mentioned my intention, to cancel or move my reservaation to a different date, he replied once or twice then after 4-5 follow ups, I never received any response. Staff at the hotel are not helpful bec it should be the manager or owner who should decide. I am very disapppointed with this experience. Poor review for this hotel. Poor customer service.

Staff are so nice. Rooms are affordable. Very strategic location ;)

Booked hotel room when arrived it was extremely smelly, so bad it was suffocating and impossible for someone to sleep in for a night. Was happy to pay extra for upgrade but told would have to book 2 completely new rooms and no refund for the other rooms. Don't get scammed by this hotel. Check the room before paying.

Very friendly staff… and a good place to stay after a very tiring day of travelling.

Room rate for fan room is 600, aircon is 2000. Very near to the port where all the tour starts.

The place is clean, the staffs are polite, the rooms are well cleaned but the table is so small and there is no chair inside and the price is kinda far from my expectations – but keep up the good work!

For the price, this place is good enough for a stay. I had the non AC room and it's just too warm for me. But the experience is good, and you get personal toilet which is a plus. One thing to note though that other rooms may get too loud, so if you are going in Coron to relax, I would not recommend this place.

Polite and helpful staff, basic accommodation but all short walking distance to EVERYTHING, banks, market, boat docks. And the view is stunning.

They have good personel always there to attend to you.

If you are a budget traveler, I recommend this place. But if you are the type of person who would stay more in the hotel, I wil not recommended this place. They have air-conditioned and fan rooms. Water is scarce when I was there with my friends. The ned is not well made. Staff weren't ready to accept us when we arrived so we have to wait. The location is good by the way, it's in the town center and near at most of eateries and restaurants, shops and public market.

People working here are very nice and honest. One of the crew returned the money left in our room when we checked out.

The place is accessible to market and mt. Tapyas. The service is good and the staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Staff are friendly and corteous. They have free breakfast. They also have a private videoke room that you can rent.

They have the nicest customer service.

Very comfortable and accomodating. Strategic location as well. My only problem would be the comfort rooms. In my experience, the shower and the flush doesn't work. We also experienced frequent brown outs. Luckily, it returns back to normal after a few minutes.

Rooms are satisfactorily clean. Faucet's hot water feature actually works. Plus points for having free Wi-Fi. They also have bath towel for guests. The receptionist and other peeps are helpful and accommodating with our simple requests. Totally recommending this place to people on a budget.

Very nice if you take the upper ac rooms upstairs. Very poor standard rooms at the ground floor with windows on the street (lots of passing through). Nice staff, great roof view.
