Very nice place, perfect for family vacation maka relax gyud mo then worth the price.

Nice place to relax and have some good times with family and friends.

The accomodation and the places is okey but the problem is the room there is no key not safety for your belongings! we are not enjoying our night to explore outside becuase of that particular problem! and the c. R in the pool is not well cleaned! the seashore as well! it is better to look for another places!

They haven't disclosed some important informations beforehand like hidden charges/corkage fee. We were shocked when they told us that the corkage fee is PHP 2, 000 only upon our arrival at the venue! With that amount, we can already buy a lot of foods plus lisod kaligoan ila dagat kay haskang daghana and dagko sa bato! They are also charging too much in every excess per room regardless if it's a child or not, and even if some of us would just want to sleep at our cars for PHP 600/head?! The rate is understandable if it's 600/extra bed not per head because honestly speaking, 2 or 3 person can be fitted on one bed. The saddest part was when we finished talking to them, one of our family members overheard them at the front desk/concierge since they haven't noticed her that she was staying nearby using her phone, (non verbatim) "TUGA TUGA UG ANHI DIRI DI MAN DIAY KA BAYAD! " Like who in the world would dare to say this to their customers?! How insenstive can you be?! We're very much willing to pay but honestly speaking we were really shocked as to why these charges we're not told to us initially? Overall, we haven't enjoyed our stay here and definitely one to remember and a charge to experience!

Check in time was way passed as promised when we book the room a night before we visited this place. We waited for 2 hrs to get settled sa room nila. Also, no Wi-Fi which is really a downfall. The pool were okay but I really suggest to have it cleaned before accepting night guest since the pool will not be that clean anymore from all the guest who used it from the morning till night.

Yes it's true very expensive and disappointing no food avalable all in the menu so useless. Need to seminar the workers to have a manners how to deal conduct a costumer properly? But how they manage to have a right conduct to deal with costumers if the manager of the resort is worst than the staff? They charging so high no wonder no costumers very quite& very unfriendly staff!

The place was great for our group's weekend getaway. You can properly observe social distancing with their spacious rooms and pool. We really had a great time and will probably come back soon.

Sad I have concern the sink no water maybe disconnected and no heater. And no Wi-Fi connection

Lagoon Beach Resort is a very nice place. A place to relax and enjoy the quiteness of the area. They have nice accomodations especially the Apartment A & B likewise sumptous food being served.

Been here yesterday, July 20, 2019 and it was not my first time in here. Yesterday was my 3rd. And I am highly recommending this resort. The long drive (Tagoloan — Gitagum) is worth traveling for. I love the staffs, ambience, facilities (though some area are still under contruction), foods and almost everything is perfect. The prices of their rooms, foods, and any fees are affordable and you get more than you deserve. Super duoer highly recommended. I'll be back again, soon. ❤

•pool wasn’t flowing. I complained (staff made out of this world excuses)
•no pets allowed posted in their poolside, however there are lots of stray dogs with mange begging for food.
•dirty water, dirty beach (lots of trash) and sharp stones
•dirty cottage area, not even landscaped, concreted or sandy area — just dirt
•another major example again of expectation vs reality.
•ended up going home right away after plunging the very hot, stagnant pool water.
•incompetent staff, bad customer service = lousy management.

Lagoon Beach Resort is a perfect place for any ocassions. The facilities were very clean. The staffs provide genuine service. My snappy salute to the staffs as well as the manager for the service they have rendered during our wedding. Godbless everyone. — с Gerard Soriano.

I really like this place. Lagoon is the best place to celebrate all kind of occasions they cater weddings, birthday etc, they have a beautiful view that you can relax, unwind, its really good for vacation and bonding with family. Because of their clean environment, beautiful rooms to stay and most of all very clean toilet and that is more important for me. They have very clean kitchen as well. So I will highly recommend Lagoon beach resort for better stay. Try this resort so you will know what I’ve experience.

The Place is Really Nice it Really Exceeds my Expectation Even thou it is Still Under Construction I Highly recommend this resort for those planning to have a good time good news they don't charge to much on their drink one more thing they handle their sanitation very Well Comfort rooms are clean they have running water.
