The facade looks like an old and creepy building. But I guess it drives the tourist more to go check in this old looking hotel. But in fairness, the interior of the dining and reception area are relaxing and so elite. The receptionist who assisted us is very accomodating. She suggests a lot of things to us that we might try which makes her more amazing and friendly. Good rapor The function hall not that big for a large number of pax. I think it cannot cater hundreds of pax but if it can then I guess it will make the pax uncomfortable. But the interior is good anyway The comfort room done me into shock! Hahaha. What a nice interior. They have a mirror that looks like a mirror in fairytales. Which makes the room more comfortable and selfieable.

Convenient location near SM City Gensan. Their function room is ideal for intimate events. Their lobby/restaurant is not too crowded hence ideal for small meetings.

Came here to have dinner and took an hour for our food to come out. Terrible.

Booked for a friend here. She loved the place and was very pleased with how reasonable the price is. She also appreciated the dim lit rooms. Even the exterior design is lovely. We ate here and food was also good. The tuna that was served was so fresh and cooked perfectly. There was this tall girl named Kim who catered us very well at the front office, she was so accommodating. A great place to stay in Gensan. Very well recommended.

Great hotel for a great vacation … Delicious food … Clean rooms … Friendly staff … 24hrs House keeping … The only problem is the Wi-Fi connection; hope they can find a better solution because it was disaster … Definitely be back whenever being in Gensan!

The price is suited for its place. Staff are nice and hospitable and will attend to your needs with urgency.

They hired our orchestra to play for their 10th anniversarry grand ball. The place feels European something really different than most modern designs of current hotels.

Stuff is slow… Rooms are ok… No Wi-Fi… Tv is not good signal… Breakfast is ok.

Located also within the City proper. If you are a fan of Mediterranean-inspired Rooms which are usually DARKER in tone, you will love this. Resto is a bit small and so is their elevator. Staff is generally friendly. Food is okay. Amenities are okay too.

Very affordable rooms! If you are not so fancy and maarte sa room, I recommend this. Its kinda old but equipment are modern. They have penthouse that you will surely amazed the "old house"but very maintained facility. Employees are nice. Especially the guard (old lady), she is polite and very helpful. She can give directions clearly.

Quaint hotel. Looks old, but actually one of the newest hotel in town. Staff is courteous. Good experience for me here.

The reservation system sucks. You really need to follow up and really make sure that the reservation has been made. It seems that they are understaff because of the slow service. Rooms are not worth it of its price.
