Clean and tidy staff was welcoming and friendly a little bit noisy at times but overall a good place to stay.

A minimalist, modern and eye-pleasing place to spend a night in davao. Conveniently located near Victoria Mall and Abreeza Mall. Grab taxi to Abreeza costs P50-P70. Bed is comfy, toilet and bath facilities impressive and Wi-Fi is fast.

It looks upscale inside but not really homey. Big LED cable TV screens! However, the place has a fabulous design that saves it.

I totally loved my 2-night stay here because of its accommodating staff and cosy ambiance. Also, the price being cheap adds to total thrift package of my being in Davao.

A lobby with character. Great for Instagram pictures. Perfect for those in-transit stays. Staff were very accommodating.

The rates are cheap for the location (800m from Abreeza Mall) so there is nothing to really complain about. The lobby is quite nicely done up with places to chill. The check-in and checkout was smooth and friendly. The room which is very basic. The blanket was thin and only one pillow given and that was flat as well. No toiletries or soap provided so bring your own. The Wi-Fi was weak and kept getting cut off at night. Phone signal was weak as well, at least in my room.

Here is another new place to stay in Davao City for people who wants comfortable yet chic place to stay. The whole hotel is zen inspired. So? Yeah that is japanese. And so? Yeah right in the middle of the hotel which is a 4 sides 5 storey bldg is a zen pool with real live kois… Yeah live and swimming kois. Rate is very reasonable. Parking may not be very ample but night time may not be a hassle. Food is still an issue as the restaurant is still in the drawing room. However, just few steps aways are the usual fast food chains that do deliveries or some trendy restaurants that have their own specialtiea.

Adequate room for travellers who just need a clean, well-lighted and safe place to stay in. Props to them for making the public spaces interesting and true to the theme. Seems the cost is just for the most necessary of room amenities — the bed, a blanket (kinda rough), air conditioning, piece of soap, a towel, hot water, HBO. You'll have to buy drinking water, toothpaste or shampoo if you went without. This was fine by me, I only paid less than php750 for the room on Agoda. Note: if it's raining hard, some roads leading to it will be flooded. My poor hosts had to take their vehicle through a few ponds dropping me off.

Rooms are good. However, first, the water on the comfort room in the higher floors have low water pressure. You need to have a water pump. Its okay to have no Wi-Fi access but nowadays if you want to stay up in the competition you should've a Wi-Fi connectivity in all areas of the hotel, not only just on the G/F. This is one of the afforadable hotels that you can find in the city. But this establishment still have a big room for improvement.

Accomodation is decent. However the internet speed in the rooms are very slow.

Nice motel and the people are very courteous and I like the staff that keeps our room clean.

Its a nice small cozy hotel good for those in a budget I so love the Zen feel of it…

Rooms are just fine but the Wi-Fi connection can't penetrate in the rooms so you really have to go down to the lobby to enjoy free Wi-Fi. The food service is fast. Malls and Hospitals are close to the hotel.

We'll be back in Davao and again, We'll be back in this hotel. It is great. All staff specially the 3 front desk personnel are very good in handling guests. Very good! The room is clean and We relaxed so very much. See you again Urban Zen.

Nice place, we stayed there for 3 nights, we dont need much, just a place to sleep but it's superb… maganda ang rooms, as for the staffs, they do know how to smile though, they only talk when you ask them for or about something, as for the internet connection, yeah, mahina siya, limited range ung signal, lukob kasi ung place, the location is ok, walking distance sa mall, about sa smoking lounge naman, understandable naman na wala silang place for that since bawal nga diba. If there's a chance na babalik kami sA davao, we would probably stay there again.

Nice place! Gave them 5 stars for that. Even though hindi ko pa natry ang kanilang Wi-Fi. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Booked via AGODA for only PHP 1, 200. Cable TV, airconditioning, hot shower, landline are available.

Place was great, it's cozy and relaxing. Cons: the room smells funny, I had to call someone to spray in air freshener and when I got back, still the same.

Stayed for 4 nights in their single room. The place is clean, affordable, quite close to the airport and near Abreeza mall. No breakfast though and in room menu has a 20% additional cost. There's also Wi-Fi but you'll have to choose which connection, one was OK the other not so much.

Nice rooms and friendly personnel. The only problem is that their Wi-Fi is not that accessible. Low to no signa inside some of the rooms.
