WORSE DORMITEL ever! Scammers! We had the worse hotel experience yesterday, upon check out thats when we claim our 500Php deposit, when the staff told us that they would charge us for the stain on the towel. Confident enough, we asked to show us the said towel, to know how it was stained, to find out its just a make up stain which is removable.

Spacious clean quiet place to stay.

Poor service, not accommodating. They tend to ignore client's request, and discriminatory. Definitely will not recommend.

Budget friendly, has an indoor cafeteria with okay home-cooked food servings, nice ambient rooms, hotel area is accessible to most establishments within the city . cons: the CR needs shower curtains and a guide for visitors not familiar on how to use the faucet/shower . fron parking area is too steep. Drivers need to drive with care to avoid accidents.

I would like to pay more and rather not see all those cockroaches all around, especially meeting 3 of them when l opened my locker was disgusting. Only one toilet and shower for 14 people that is not even clean, l couldn’t dare to have a shower. So uncomfortable mattress, had one of the worst sleeps of my life. 5 stars for dirtiness. Wifi and hospitality is good.

A nice place, budget-friendly hotel. They can accomodate your whole family with their dorm type rooms. Their queen and king rooms are beautiful. But one thing, their room for 3 persons isn't that beautiful, some lights are not functioning. But over-all, it's a nice hotel.

Affordable accomodation in downtown Davao City. It is a 10-minute walk to the People's Park. Bankerohan Market is nearby though I never went there. It is a "bagsakan" of fruits especially pomelo. Good for "pasalubong". Thank you for making my mom's birthday extra special!

My daughter booked an overnight stay for me and my husband. Our room was simple and decent. It was a very comfortable stay.

Super clean and affordable for backpackers! This is the best backpacker dormitory for solo travelers. 188 php or $4 a day, is s really good deal. They even have aircondition and hot shower.

Great place to stay for backpackers. The rooms are great even if it's just a dormitel. They got boutique and standard rooms, both at very affordable prices.

Really loved Green Windows. Very accessible, food great, accommodating staff. Clean rooms, housekeeping every day. Our only complaint was our cable tv. Sigh. Would love to come back there!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Davao on a budget, then Green Windows Dormitel is the place to book. It's close to the city center, with all the major tourist destinations within the city in walking distance from each other. It's also close to a hospital and a lot of restaurants that offer a variety of food types and aesthetics. The rooms are clean and the staff accomodating. The bathrooms also offer hot water for when you need a relaxing shower after a long day's travelling.

Best cozy hotel at a not so expensive price. Makes u feel like you are staying in a starred hotel. 5 stars if they work on the coverage of their Wi-Fi.

I slept one night in the 16-bed dorm as a backpacker here back in december 2016. It is cheap (i guess around 7 USD) and well-maintained but of course, no privacy at all, and one bathroom for 16 peepz is not the best place you wanna go once you wake up but it is ok if you re an easy person.

Nice hotel, det aircon did smell a little but othervwise good, close to the public park.

Affordable & Comfortable what else a backpacker like me wants?. Of course, that two factor is what I consider. They also have elevator, so iwas hingal. Their dormitory type room is worth 188/head with 14 beds per room (double deck). You have your own locker, there is power outlet beside every bed, table and chairs if you need one. The toilet and bathroom (w/ hot & cold shower) is separated, every room also have a pabx so you can just call the frobt desk, housekeeping to req. A service. Cafeteria and u can call outside (maybe ordering from jollibee). Just please bring your own towel and toiletries (don't worry they have mini store at the lobby so you can buy your needs) because they'll only provide blanket and pillow (of course).

The hotel's location is at the heart of the city. Just meters away from convenience stores, hospitals, malls and parks. The rooms are clean. Great!

Great place to stay during field trips because one room can accommodate 12-16 persons. Air conditioned room, with flat screen TV and plenty of channels. It also contains two restrooms. Free Wi-Fi and if you want to eat, there is also a canteen outside the room. And at the reception area there is an adorable, playful and friendly Siberian husky dog.

Bathroom and restroom doors has some signs of aging. Sheets aren't quite as clean — — has some stains. Otherwise, the place is pretty decent.

Cheapest way to spend the night or day in Davao City. Not the cleanest and safest in some ways but still good.

This place is a great way to spend the night. It is located in the heart of the city and you can go anywhere by foot (or by car to the nearest malls). There is also a nearby hospital if ever the need arise. The place is clean and well maintained. They have different room sizes (especially if you travel in a large group or family). Prices are all very affordable: a good place for backpackers on a budget but seeking of a clean They also have a cafeteria where they serve affordable and delicious meals if you feel a bit lazy to go out. Overall the place is cheap, clean and very accessible.

It's a convenient place to stay because of the proximity to SM SMX, however hot water is not working well, bath towel & soap/shampoo is only available upon request & not free, no bathroom slipper, bathroom area is always wet since shower room is only half close. Wifi signal is good, convenient cafeteria which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner. The rest are standard hotel facilities.

Rooms partition is jst flyboard, no towels, no rags in the toilet, bed foam sobrang manipis very poor quality provided kya masakit s katawan, will not recommend to friend … never…

The bed is comfortable. The comfort room and bathroom are both clean. Comfort has bidet and exhaust fan. Shower and faucet has heater. All that for such an affordable price.

Centralized Air-con system though it's hot on 6th flr alleys. Two convenient elevators, friendly guards and automatic sliding door at the entrance. Reception was at first not so welcoming or kind, well, there's always room for improvement anyway. Dormitel local hotlines, I tried calling their reception and housekeeping few times but nobody answered. I had to go to the reception myself to ask my inquiry FYI: reception is at the 5th floor. Dorm-type rooms are recommended for groups of 6-12 people. On the other hand, I hope their double-deck beds are more sturdy. Canteen, I only experienced it once and I kinda like the kind service of the crew that time. Con, little food options to choose from (maybe only at night? ) That's all I noticed so far, should there be add ons, I'm lazy to think and write already haha… OVERALL: recommended for budget-savers and practical travelers.

The function of the Green Windows Dormitel is basic accommodation for back packers and visitors to Davao in search of budget accommodation, and it does this very well. It is located within a fairly new tower block and the accommodation though basic is clean and modern. There is a basic budget price restaurant on site, but I cannot complain about it as I sometimes have breakfast there when I visit my doctor whose office is on the same building. Once inside the tower block there is a high level of security although there is not much to do or see in the immediate vicinity. But hey you can take a taxi to other places in the city if you want to go out of an evening.

The backpackers dorm type for Php188 made me stay here whenever I visit Davao. I love the ambiance of this hotel. Hope they can offer the capsule types for those who wants the peace and quiet ambiance just like in other countries but cheaper! Price matters when you travel!

Everything in this hotel exceeded my expectations! This is my new hotel favorite everytime I'll visit or stay in Davao. We stayed in their Standard King room on the 6th floor.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. The rooms were clean and the aircon is super cold. It's very affordable especially when you are with your barkadas. We stayed in the dorm 6 and we only paid 1, 858 per night. The hotel is close to the Abreeza Mall and pasalubong center near People's park ü.

Loved it for being so cheap yet so elegant.
