Room basic and AC couldn't cool cooler than 24°C but great for the price. Location okay except for dark unpaved path. Staff are lovely.
"Upgraded" for free but bathroom in upgraded room was TINY I mean like 3ft x 6ft (1m x 2m), that had to fit in shower, sink and toilet with the door opening onwards too, not practical at all and sadly the bathroom was SMELLY.
The hotel is really good especially if you consider how cheap it is. But the best of all was the staff, they really makes you feel home.

It looks small from the outside but the rooms are spacious and clean except for the windows, the air conditioning is so strong! There was a mini fridge, free toiletries and Wi-Fi but it has poor connection on the upper floors. 3/5 breakfast but if you are looking for a budget hotel in Boracay, this is for you!
