Commander Suites de Boracay

We really loved our stay here. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious! The staff are courteous. We really enjoyed the food and ambience of their restaurant. The swimming pool is also very clean. It's just a 3 minute walk to the white beach. I highly recommend this hotel in Boracay!

The pool is a highlight – long enough to actually swim laps, not just chill. And the gym? Surprisingly awesome for a hotel, fully equipped and clean.
Breakfast buffet was delicious every morning, with lots of choices.

Dear (Hotel Manager's Name),
I am writing to formally report several serious issues that have negatively affected our stay at your hotel over the past two nights. Unfortunately, we feel unsafe and unprotected in your establishment, which is unacceptable.
Disturbance at Night: Last night, a loud and aggressive crowd outside disturbed our sleep. Instead of hotel security intervening, I personally had to go out and ask them to be quiet. This is a failure in maintaining a peaceful environment for your guests.
Air Pollution and Health Hazard: Today, non-organic waste was burned near the hotel, creating toxic smoke. Some members of our group suffer from asthma and other respiratory issues, and this caused serious discomfort. Despite this, hotel security did not react until we specifically requested intervention. This delay in response is unacceptable, especially when guests' health is at risk.
Lack of Proper Management Response: The hotel staff has shown a lack of responsibility and disregard for guest safety and comfort. Instead of ensuring a proper response, the administrator at the front desk remained passive.
Given these unacceptable conditions, we request the following:
Immediate action to ensure peace and safety at night.
An official explanation for why security failed to intervene promptly.

I just had my stay last 14 Feb — 16 Feb at room 110, the bed was so comfy. They gave welcome drink. The staffs are polite and hospitable. Only the downside was there are insects on their rooms, I dunno what kind of insects bites me as I was sitting at the chair. And also their shower on the second day was no more hot.

Today is February 8, 2025, and I have just arrived at the hotel. My room is 306, located on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool. Although this hotel is rated only 3 stars, you will find many pleasant details here that are unlikely to be found in higher-rated hotels.
The staff is very friendly and smiling! The entire hotel is very clean, including the entrance, lobby, and pool area. In my room, I couldn't find any mold in the shower—well done.
Now, about the pleasant details. The bathroom has toothbrushes, face towels, glass cups, a magnifying mirror, towels for the floor, feet, and body. A beach/pool towel is provided once a day.
The room includes a safe, kettle, tea accessories, coffee, cream, mini-fridge, hairdryer, and, unusually, two umbrellas in case guests want to shelter from the rain or sun, and even a flashlight. The room is impeccably clean and pleasant to be in. Near the TV, there is a list of available programs, which is very convenient. The room is nicely decorated with cute decor, paintings, and a mini vase with a live flower. The balcony has a table and two chairs.
Everything is well thought out. What else could be added? If the hotel has bathrobes, which they do, then slippers are needed :) Please add slippers. Also, a socket adapter could be provided :) Nevertheless, the hotel is close to ideal!
The only downside is the road to the beach, but it's just a 2-minute walk, and this is not the hotel's fault.

This one is a great hotel for all reasons: good breakfast, kind receptionist, efficient personnell, confortable room and good location. It is very close to the beach but not on the beach directly, so it preserves from the night noise. It has a small but cute swimming pool and some gym appliance as well. The price was totally worth the money, but not sure it had a good rate only because it is relatively a new hotel.

Gem of a hotel in Boracay. New modern hotel with strong AC and great shower water pressure, pool cleaned everyday. Excellent breakfast. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional. The front desk helped us book an island hopping tour and e-tricycle to the ferry. The hotel was quiet w some minor neighborhood noise. Ongoing construction but not intrusive. The road to the front entry needed paving but the alternate back entry worked just fine.

This property is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, offering a very convenient location.
The room was modern, clean, and especially impressive was the bathroom, which was spotless. While I’m unsure if I received an upgrade, my room was located right in front of the pool, giving me easy access. The pool was well-maintained and cleaned daily, which I appreciated.
The Wi-Fi was consistent but slow, mostly around than 10 Mbps.
The buffet breakfast offered a good mix of Filipino and Western dishes.
Downside: The main road in front of the hotel was muddy and in poor condition, but thankfully, there was an alternative gate at the back. Also, I arrived at noon and asked about early check-in but was told it wasn’t possible. However, I noticed other guests being checked in early about an hour later. When I approached the receptionist again, they kindly accommodated my request, but I got the impression that if I hadn’t followed up, I might not have been called at all. 😅

We enjoyed our stay in commander, our room is big as we expected and the pool is nice as well, it is only a walking distance from the beach. We had so much fun! I will surely recommend this place to my friends.

Stayed for one night and we enjoyed every moment of it!
Rooms are clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows are fresh and soft. Shower amenities are all fragrant. Spacious shower and over all clean. Towels are also complete even had face towels which we were not expecting since the price that we paid is considerably cheap.
Huge swimming pool with a seperate kids section! Its also nice and clean!
Highlight of our stay is the food! All of the selection that we tried was delicious and flavorful! We love the Commander's Black Pizza Overload! Compliments to the Chefs!
We experienced plated breakfast maybe because it was low season month but it still worked for us. Also a shoutout to the Restaurant team that recommended and convinced me to celebrate my mother in-law's birthday in their Resto which we didn't regret!
Let me just mention the access road going there. I read a lot about it online, it is really bad specially if its raining but its OUT OF THEIR CONTROL. Though I think they already have a somewhat solution to this. They have an alternate access that works perfectfly fine. Its the access road going to La Carmela which is fully cemented.
Other than that I could say that their location is good just a 3 to 5 min walk to the beach in the boundary of Station 3 and 2. Affordable price for a great stay!
Truly recommendable! Will we stay again if given the opportunity? YES!

We enjoyed our stay at Commander Suites de Boracay! The room was spacious and the employees are exceptional. They had different breakfast items to choose from everyday. Food at the restaurant was excellent! The pool was also nice and relaxing. We will stay again in the future!

Rooms are massive! Clean and relaxing. Pool is nice too. Lastly, ALL staff are nice and accomdating. Wil definitely book again next summer!

Very cozy, clean room.

Close from the beach, and Dmall.
Be aware that are very crowded with visitors, at the beach side area.
Local sellers who try to get people into own beach activities, restaurants, and massage spa services.
Therefore, if people want to stay away others, it may be a perfect accommodation.

We Just Recently Stayed here At Commanders Suites De Boracay It is Highly Recommended Rooms Are Huge And Beautiful clean and Complete with Personal care. Prices Are Reasonable. Food/Breakfast/Buffet Delicious. Staff are Hospitable and Courteous. We are very Happy and Satisfied in our Stay…👏👏👏

So first off the room we had was very spacious and the bathroom was a great size. The websites state at the time of booking station 1 but it was clearly station 2/3 which disappointing but not the worst. The service road from resort to beach was clearly not the best and there's no way of not getting muddy but it's still a work in progress. The restaurant has free breakfast for guests and serves 90% of the foods you can find walking the beach and nearby which is why they will charge you a "corkage/service" for bring food outside in. Just know their prices are comparable to outside. The Guard is very helpful with calling for rides and general questions about the area, there is a nice lap pool and a small workout area.

Hands down, sobra, sa customer service ng team ng Commander Suites. We stayed with them for 6 full days, and they’ve literally accommodated EVERY SINGLE THING we need. Special shout out to kuya Jun from the food and Bev who is an absolute hero prepping and serving our food daily. Minsan kahit food na sa labas, they will still offer to heat or keep them for you. And the concierge. They will provide you every thing you need as long as the hotel has it. Thank you, very, very much. We enjoyed our stay and we wish you all the best! :)

All the staffs are very nice and accommodating. The hotel rooms and facilities are clean and new. They follow all the health protocols. Kuya Jun and Ms. Jhovy are all super nice. Breakfast are great ❤️😍 Definitely recommended 🤗 Will be back for sure! ⭐️
