I really debated where to book for a few nights solo in Boracay but I am so glad I chose Coast. From the moment you book, you’re able to arrange your transfers with someone waiting for you at the airport on the mainland waiting to whisk you away — this doesn’t seem like much but it saved waiting to get a trike to the port and then a public ferry so you can start your holiday!
The team are absolutely fantastic, they make this place, starting with Mercy at the port and Bryan at the front desk. The beach/pool team are just amazing — special call outs to Ben, Cjay and Johnny who made sure I always had an iced glass of water, a towel and a comfy spot to sit — they’re excellent photographers too!
The hotel is small but perfectly formed and far less commercial than others on the beachfront. The pool area was generally quiet with plenty of places to sit and relax. The rooms are modern and well designed with comfortable beds.
The location is honestly spot on, it’s about in the middle of white sand beach so it’s easy to walk up to D mall and other restaurants/bars.
I’d happily recommend this hotel.
My partner and I stayed at Coast Hotel for two nights from September 14-16, 2024. Despite the rainy weather in Boracay, our experience was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to the incredible hospitality at Coast Hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was exceptional! It all started with a warm welcome by Mercy and her colleagues at the jetty. When we reached the island, a gentleman kindly assisted us with our bags all the way to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely and friendly lady who provided a clear and welcoming briefing. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised to see a personalized ‘welcome photo’ displayed on the TV, taken by Mercy at the jetty. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel special. The room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable—it felt like a home away from home.
Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When I realized I forgot to bring garlic for my facial routine, they kindly provided it upon request. On our last night, I experienced some stomach discomfort due to food from outside the hotel. My partner sought help from the hotel staff, and they were quick to assist, providing anti-diarrhea pills which were a lifesaver.
Our stay concluded with a memorable souvenir photo, taken when we first arrived, which was a delightful keepsake from our trip.

Arrival: From Caticlan airport, they will pick you up with a private van, and then a private speed boat and then another private van going to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, they also offered us a welcome drink. It was a hassle free experience!
Staff: Hotel service is topnotch! Best hotel service I ever had. You would never have to ask for anything, they will provide it for you. From drinking water, pillows on chairs, to setting up a mat at the beach. They will always greet you with a smile.
Rooms: We are a group of 6 divided into three separate rooms. All couples (age 30's, 50's and 60's). 2 of us are celebrating birthdays and there was a birthday banner and cake (requested and paid for) in the rooms which was a nice welcome surprise. The rooms are all nice, clean and spacious. It is also well maintained as they clean it everyday.
It has been a pleasant 4 day experience in here and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay.
