The place is just near the beachfront of station 1 boracay. The rooms are clean and comfortable to stay.

From the moment I arrived, I have already felt the Filipino values and hospitality from the staff. What keeps this hotel apart from other hotels is the service that’s all heart. Thanks to all the gwapas of Boracay Joint Hotel — Emma, Rebecca, Rosel and to the night shift staff men for always taking good care of me. You are the heart of this hotel and I cannot wait to comeback due to your generosity and hospitality.

To summarize. The experience with this hotel's expertise in handling situations is very excellent. They gave options and suggested to accommodate even though Agoda had some issues with the booking already consumed and conflicted. Thanks so much Maam Emma and to your boss. Glad we stayed with your hotel. Place is so welcoming and the fragrant smell of the rooms and hallways is just so good. Great job!

• Located in a godforsaken land, not accessible by public vehicles so we had to carry our luggages going through small, sketchy, suspicious alleyways. What's more? No signage! Useless Google Map pin! No contact number on Agoda.
• Meh decor. Meh room. Meh lobby. Nothing special.
• Ok staff. Nothing special.
• No free breakfast.
Waste of money! Imbis magrelax sa Bora ky na stress na nuon ko ga hakwat tas nawala pa gyud mi. Tsk! Just book somewhere else. Save your money. 👋

If you are planning to visit Boracay soon and looking for an affordable place to stay that is near to the main Boracay beach, I recommend to you this place. The attendants are approachable and the place is quiet. We had a great stay here for 4 days and 3 nights.

This is a 5 star for budget hotels.
It’s 1-2 minutes walk from the beach front. The entrance is a small alley at Gerry’s Grill in Station 1. It was easy to find, just find Gerry’s Grill in Station 1 (not Station 2).
It’s very cheap for 4 people. The check in was easy, the staff were very helpful and even let us check in early in the morning since there was an available room. If you’re on a budget, this is good enough to sleep in and shower at. Especially if you’re mostly out the entire day to do activities or chill at the beach.
The water pressure is good, they have hot showers if you want it. They offer to clean your room if you want it. There is a welcome drink. There’s also a water dispenser on the reception area, you can bring your own tumbler and get water here.
There’s no elevators tho, so those with big luggages, please be reminded. There’s towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo at the room. The AC is good and there’s also a wall fan. You can ask the reception for extra blankets if you get cold.
I would recommend this to large groups and on a budget, especially backpackers.

Gave 3 stars for location as it is challenging to locate the hotel if you do not have a tour guide or transfers (suggest to get it when you choose this hotel). Gave 3 stars for facilities as there are no breakfast offered and Wi-Fi is wonky.
FIVE STARS: free drinking water in the reception area; staff are all helpful; high water pressure; provided basic toiletries; 30 meters to the beach front.

Affordable rates for family room. The hotel is centrally located near all the convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Room is big. Wifi is week inside the room. No elevator. No breakfast. You can use the top floor to dry your wet clothes. Value for money. Will stay here again if I am travelling with a group.
