We stayed here a few days ago and the experience was not it! our room was super.
Hot, the cr didn’t had a flush, the bidet was leaking so the whole entire time our cr’s floor was wet — which then smelled of course.
The cr was beside we think the pipe system of the building which emitted heat that made the cr super hot like a sauna, no joke. —
The room was not properly equipped — no sampayan, no lock box, Wi-Fi was super weak! (Sabi swertihan nalamg sa pag connect), the blanket was just a thin bedsheet, smell of bedbugs, no cabinet even just a tiny one. I get na 2 star lang yung hotel, but the price was 100% not worth it!
On our second day, the staff turned off our ac breaker — we went back just to collect stuff as we have other plans for the day, our room was so hot. We complained and they mentioned that they were worried about short circuits (? ) We asked if it can be opened, they said once we come back they will turn it on. Lo behold — we went back at 7pm the breaker was still off.
You know tbh — this wouldnt be a huge fuss if all of these were COMMUNICATED TO US prior checking in, but NO! We had to discover these things on our own which makes it more frustrating.
The location was off as well, we had to drag our luggages on the sand just to get there. It’s not bad tbh but there are other hotels that offer better location for a lower price. (Not pwd friendly)
The room 4c should be closed for renovation and should not be open for booking.
We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights one family room and two couple rooms, with two located downstairs and one upstairs.
If you’re on a budget, this is definitely one of the places to consider. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach and only a few minutes from D’Mall. The alley leading to the hotel is right next to Fiesta, which makes it easy to locate.
The room we stayed in was generally clean, though there was a noticeable sewer smell at times. Amenities are very basic no cabinet or hooks to hang clothes, no hair blower, but they do provide bath towels, toothbrushes, and soap (though the soap is quite thin). There is a hot and cold shower available.
The Wi-Fi was very slow, and for those using Smart network, the mobile data signal was inconsistent.
Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for an affordable and conveniently located place to stay, as long as you’re okay with simple accommodations.
You can also dry your clothes on the 5th floor.

It's a budget hotel. I get it! You get what you pay for so I didn't expect much.
2 things though:
1) previous guest lost the key for 2C a day before. Walang duplicate?! Kaya nga nag ganung room for privacy.
2) I did not appreciate that when we experienced a brown out. It took a while for the generator to kick in. We experienced it twice — 11:30PM-ish Jul 4 and 6:15AM Jul 5. Good thing we're on our way out when the second one happened.
