Four Points by Sheraton Boracay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Four Points. Although, we needed to call a couple of times for the television in the room, but yeah, it's alright. We also struggled during breakfast as it's always too crowded after some time and having a 1-year-old is a bit tough, so there was a day that we didn't have a chance to have breakfast and Mr. Al the manager offered to give me a coffee, which was so thoughtful! Len, a trainee, was also very kind. We appreciate their help throughout our stay. Kelcey from reception checked us in, and she's nice and sweet.

An Excellent Stay from Start to Finish.
I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every request we had was handled promptly and with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made rest easy after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring everything was fresh and orderly throughout our stay. The amenities were thoughtfully provided and added to the overall comfort and convenience.
The hotel’s location is another highlight—accessible, safe, and close to key destinations, making it very convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

Overall, great stay. Service is immaculate. That, I have absolutely no qualms with. However, the shower in my room had a bit of an odd smell. It was bearable but something to take note of. The other room that we booked had a lingering smell of ammonia (or urine) in the bathroom. Keep in mind this hotel is not beachfront, but the walk is only 5 minutes long though it’s somewhat of a slope. (around 6-7% on the treadmill) Breakfast is great. New options daily. For the price, I would say it’s worth it, and I would stay again.

For a Sheraton brand, the Four Points by Sheraton Boracay hotel really truly shockingly disappointed me.
There is no hotel that I ever stayed in worldwide (* I travel internationally 6 times a year)
That will ever beat the record of the lowest supply inventory.
Basics such as toilet paper, soap, lotions and towels have to be called in for replenishment to reception. We also noted that even the floor mat towel was taken away during cleanup and not returned back. Even the water bottle in the room was removed and not replaced. On *one occasion during our 4 day stay, (we were there 12/26-30) our room was not cleaned.
Perhaps an oversight on their end but I had to call reception to send housekeeping to clean the room at night, and send supplies in. We also requested for bathrobes which never came.
According to the housekeeping staff I spoke to, they mentioned that the hotel was very low on amenities supply inventory which really made no sense.
This is the holiday season (Christmas 2025 to New Year) the hotel should be prepared to have adequate supplies considering that the hotels at this time of the year are fully booked.
This is not the fault of housekeeping as this is clearly a systemic MANAGEMENT ISSUE.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The overall staff though are very nice and doing their best to make the situation manageable which is the only saving grace of this place.
It is not their fault as this is a systemic problem within the management itself.

Pros:
— Nice staff.
— Clean and spacious room.
— Free shuttle bus to station 2. You need to book this ahead of time, its first come first serve.
— 5 min walk to the beach, the more quieter end with a pathway to nice photo taking spots. A 15-20 min walk to the busier side of the beach with restaurants and stalls.
— 5 min walk to supermarket.
— 10 min e-trike ride to D-Mall.
— Gym is standard — has dumbbells, treadmills and a cable machine.
Cons:
— Shower: Doesn’t drain very well so you’re standing in your own shower water with soap and hair that leaks out of the shower. Water pressure isn’t great. Not a lot of sink space too.
— No balcony or anywhere to hang/dry your clothes in the sun. There is a clothing line in the shower but it takes forever for clothes to actually dry.
— Pool: Noticeable sewerage smell that was very off putting. Not a lot of sun lounges.
— Breakfast buffet: Honestly the food didn’t taste great, limited selection and the organisation of it was very chaotic. Even the cheese slices and scrambled eggs were not good.
— Mattresses were on the firmer end which I don’t mind but the pillows were large and sink so much when you lay your head on them which was uncomfortable.
— The lobby is always very busy and crowded.
Honestly expected more from this hotel. We’ve stayed at Four Points in Seoul, Korea which was so much nicer.

We held our Christmas party in their function room. The place was spacious and the staff were very accommodating. Special thanks to Sir Edwin, their Events Executive and to all the staff who helped us. What we loved most was the food—it was really good!. We work in a five-star hotel and we can honestly say they did a great job. The passion they showed was amazing! :)

Overall, a pleasant stay. Airport transfers were smoothly arranged with Southwest Tours—special thanks to Reuben and Edgar for being very helpful and responsive with emails.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, though quite basic. Service was excellent—attentive, courteous, and patient. One downside for a beach resort: no veranda/balcony or proper space to hang wet clothes, which was inconvenient during our stay.
Free breakfast buffet was okay. Clean hotel, great service, just a few small improvements needed.

We chose Four Points by Sheraton for a relaxed stay in the quieter area of Station 1, and overall, it was a lovely experience.

​Exceptional Staff: The doorman and security team were outstanding—super polite, welcoming, and attentive. The front desk staff were also pleasant and helpful during our interactions.
​Modern Condition: As one of the newer properties on the island, the hotel is in excellent condition and feels very fresh.
​Spacious & Comfortable Room: Our Deluxe King room was very spacious, featuring a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed a wonderful sleep throughout our stay.
​Reliable Connectivity: The internet was easy to connect to and quite reliable, with no noticeable dropouts, which was a big plus.
​Quiet Location: The location is wonderfully quiet and relaxed, yet it offers quick, convenient access—just a 3-minute walk to either White Beach or the nearby Shoppes at Station B mall.
​🍽️ Dining Experience.
​While we experienced a few menu items unavailable during lunch service, the staff promptly informed us, allowing us to select alternatives.
​Breakfast Service: The seating process at the entrance could benefit from more visible signage or an improved initial flow. However, the staff were quick to clarify the open seating policy, and we were able to settle in comfortably upon connecting with them.
​Food Selection: The food provided a suitable range of options for a satisfying start to the day.

We are currently staying at Four Points by Sheraton. Today is the second day of our stay, and this is our first time visiting this hotel. We will be staying for a total of six days.
Unfortunately, we experienced a serious disappointment during breakfast this morning. Although breakfast service is scheduled until 10:00 AM, we arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 AM. However, many of the food items were already finished, and there were significant shortages in the kitchen.
Despite informing the staff several times and asking for the missing items to be replenished, most of them were not refilled. Our requests were ignored, which clearly reflects a lack of organization and insufficient attention to guest satisfaction.
This situation is not acceptable for an international hotel chain like Four Points by Sheraton. Guests should expect full and proper service when they arrive before the official end of breakfast hours.
We hope this issue will be taken seriously and that the necessary improvements will be made.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Boracay. The staff are exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and had a smile for us everytime we walked in and out of the hotel or met them in the lobbly. I reckon it is the consistency of their demeanor throughout our stay that earned them 5 stars. It is located at station 1 which is the perfect location for us with a toddler. Although it isn't a beachfront hotel, it was just a few minutes walk to get to the beach where it is quiet and calm and most importantly not crowded. Some boats were anchored at the shore but are a fair way away that you can still enjoy swimming and snorkeling to see fishes. This hotel was rebranded and it could use some touchup at first impression — doorbells on the rooms, touch panel for the lift and some staining on the wall in the lobbly. Our rooms were very clean and spacious, and I like the shower area that have grooves on the marble instead of the usual tiled floor that can get slippery. There were drinks and games to entertain while waiting in the lobby. We had buffet breakfast everyday for our 3 nights and 4 days stay. If anything they could incorporate more Filipino dishes, some dried/ fried fish for example. There was enough options but it was more western. Access to and from the hotel to D'Mall and other beaches is easy, either by e-trikes just outside of the hotel or a bit of walk to the main road to catch a hop-on/hop-off bus.

Our stay at Four Points started very well thanks to the excellent and highly professional staff at check-in. Their welcoming attitude and smooth handling of everything created a great first impression that we genuinely appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience was affected by what happened during our very first dinner at the hotel restaurant. When the waiter brought my girlfriend’s meal to the table, he ate her fries on the way. This was extremely unhygienic and completely unprofessional. Because of this incident, we decided not to return to the hotel restaurant for dinner again. On top of that, many items listed on the menu were not available.
When we reported this incident to the concierge desk, the only response we received was “okay”, without any apology or acknowledgment of how inappropriate the situation was. This reaction made the experience feel even more disappointing.
Breakfast was also a letdown for a hotel of this category. A lot of food was missing, and staff didn’t replenish it until much later—only for it to be taken again within minutes. The entire breakfast experience felt chaotic and far below expectations.
The room itself was fine, but the door had no soundproofing, so we were frequently disturbed at night by other guests being loud and messy in the hallway. There was also a strange smell in the elevator and corridors, which didn’t match the level of cleanliness and maintenance you expect.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points Boracay, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We even extended our stay. Their hospitality is exceptional that made us feel right at home.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and friendliness. Special mention to Sir Edwin, the Lobby Ambassador, as he went above and beyond to accommodate every request and was always ready to assist with a genuine smile. We enjoyed their trick or treat event, my son had so much fun with the activities they prepared and also loved the food served.
Sir Edwin was really helpful, friendly, and super kind. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. Sir Edwin and all the staff truly set the standard and we will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort but exceptional care from its outstanding staff.

We had a wonderful stay during our 4 day at Four point by Sheraton Boracay! The entire staff—from the security guards to the housekeeping team—were very hospitable and friendly. Everyone was approachable, especially Leo and Wilson from the concierge, Christian and Kelsey from the Front Office and front office and FNB team where all have an excellent service!. Special shout out to Jay, the pool attendant who is very kind! Thank you. Their excellent service truly made our stay more enjoyable.
The location is relatively close to the beachfront, though there’s still some room for improvement when it comes to easier access. Breakfast at Brew Restaurant was also a highlight—the food was delicious and the service was great! One last thank you Ailen.
A special mention to the Sales Team led by Vanne in Manila—thank you so much for assisting with the preparations for this vacation. Your help made everything smooth and stress-free.
Overall, we experienced excellent service and would highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Boracay!

Location is just OK… But it is easy walking distance down to the beach… I would say overall it’s not the best location, but certainly not the worst. Atmosphere is nice and helped immensely by the wonderful staff… Especially the girls in the restaurant, the security people, and housekeeping, which really made the stay a wonderful experience, for us as they do always… it’s the people and the great Service at this location that makes it awesome! Rooms are good and spacious, but the air vents point down directly on the bed and cannot be diverted away, so we found ourselves having to move the furniture around to avoid having the air blown directly down upon us. Probably just a design flaw. Overall, I thought the value was very good and that is another reason we come back. We will likely be back again and appreciate all of the amenities provided to us by the excellent staff as previously mentioned. I think the hotel could use a little bit of a facelift though and or be a little bit cleaner on both the inside and outside… Perhaps just some design flaws that need upgrading.

Very clean room with quiet atmosphere. Just within walking distance to a very stunning seashore. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Nearby the area with various activities by the beach. Would definitely come back when I get a chance to return to Boracay!

If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, the location is absolutely perfect—just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, yet away from the busy crowd.
Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and all the staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and approachable, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the King Suite Room with Lap Pool Access. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-designed. The bed was so soft and comfortable, we had the best sleep! Having direct pool access was definitely a highlight—it felt private and luxurious.
The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Everything was well-prepared and fresh, which made mornings even more enjoyable.
What we really appreciated most was the combination of great service, relaxing atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made our stay memorable. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Boracay.
