Boracay Coco Huts

Why does no one mention the loud music with booming bass from the adjoining property that lasts until 2/3 every single night? Unless you're a party animal, don't stay here. At around 5/6am the kitchen below starts up and the locals start congregating on the beach. The noise level is much less, but you still here it very clearly.
The rooms are in need of serious maintenance, with wobbly floor boards, bathroom doors that don't close properly, a balcony door that doesn't close fully and can't be locked, power sockets hanging out of the walls.
The beds have a single sheet each and the temperature of the aircon can't be adjusted, so either turn it off or freeze. The rooms are not serviced and the bed sheets and towels have dirty marks all over them.
We loved being right on the beach, but moved out with two (paid) nights left so we could get a good night's sleep.

The location of this place is just perfect, unfortunately that is maybe the only positive thing about the hotel.
We are not fussy people, but would not recommend this place. It is right on the beach (which is a great thing) but it is also right next to the loud bar and the music would not let us fall asleep before midnight and we got woken up few times either by the neighbours leaving the place early to catch their flight (you can really hear everything through the walls), or by the people selling stuff on the beach early in the morning, or by drunk customers coming back during the night. So if you're looking for a good night sleep, look elsewhere.
We spent 4 nights at this place and although grumpy due to lack of sleep, we did enjoy our time in Boracay.

The location is great, right on the beach. The room was okay, with comfortable beds but noisy wood floors. The bathroom had a weird smell, perhaps from a wet towel, and there were signs of mold near the door. However, overall, the stay was good. After all, we won't be spending much time in the hotel, so we don't need a fancy one. The very accommodating tour guide near the hotel, Jerico, can help you book activities.

Great location, 3 hops and you are at the beach. Inside the room, floor is wood so it can get noisy with all the stamping if there are trolls booked upstairs. Neighboring pub were blasting their subwoofers so the room and bed were shaking — you might not be able to sleep until much later in the night (might be a weekend thing)

Location is very good and the beach view from our room is awesome it was great experience for me and my wife.
Friendly staff. Definitely will come back and reffer this hotel to our friends here in Dubai.

I've stayed here twice and will consider staying again. Imo no need for high end resorts when you're supposed to be there for the cool soft sand and great waters.
Pros:
Definitely a great location, beachfront. Just step out and lay in the sand.
Very very friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. Borrowed a charger and the security personnel that night didn't hesitate to lend his.
Cons:
They honestly should have a thorough upkeep of the mattresses, shower head, and the wood furnitures.
Wifi is weak, almost no connection.

Location is superb!
Noise from the pub beside the hotel is worst.
Its like your sleeping inside the bar/pub, that level!
Staff are nice and polite. Just Need a little improvement in hospitality.
Wifi is the only included in the hotel stay. But unfortunately its not properly working. Wifi is super slow and most of the time not working at all.
Shower head is full of water calk.
Toilet is not so clean.

People are so kind, helpful and lovely. Scenery is so pretty, clear, clean and bluish water.

The room is clean and will really make you feel at home. Bed linens, towel and toilet are clean. T/B have hot shower, good if may bidet sa toilet, sana pag balik namin meron na 🤭 Legit beach front and beach view. 24/7 convinence store just beaide the hotel. Staff are super friendly. Ate Janice, kuyas and kuya guard are nice. Will definitely come back.

The Best scenery and top recommended accomodation for those beach lovers Very affordable and economical but with class and elite location.

Sand is very fine! And you can have a perfect view of paraws.

There were lots of food hubs easy to be locate. Peaceful environment.

One of the affordable beachfront in station 1. Family friendly and accommodating staffs, big, clean and decent room. Definitely will come back here. Kudos!

Good place very beautiful beach.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. All I can say is ang ganda ng spot! even the 3td floor rooms naglvuwag where you can have your family dinner. Confort rooms are clean and may heater. Beds are comfortable and malamig ang aircon. Thank you to all those who assisted us lalo na kay sir john (? ). We will book again here next tym.
